One day in Bangalore,I was walking when I was on call with my family. Suddenly some women stopped me and asked me where are you from. I said I am from guntur. She said "its been long time I heard proper Telugu speaking person"(Bangalore speaking Telugu is mixing and it's completely different)...I smiled...and left from there...its one of my proud movement about our guntur telugu.
Guntur deserves more attention like this. The people are very humble and rarely brag about their city. Guntur is a real example of Indian city, most of India looks similar, just bigger cities or smaller cities.
