    Hej… thanks for your videos!
Sorry, but I can`t reproduce the problem, neither in the current nor in the Beta version.
Using Affinity Designer (on Mac) I tried your botley-text with the font „Erbar“, which is a lot more critical concerning inside sharp edges.
Exporting to SVG, importing in Plasticity… I was able to do incredible large fillets without having any problems and without any preparing.
No need to rebuild curves before extruding text (in my eyes)… but if so, I get better results with „Refit“ instead of „Points“ (concerning sharp edges).
Dont`know… may be your shown fillet-problem could be with Illustrator or Illustrator-SVG?
Can mail you screenshots from my experiment if you like…

@@thomasmuller7446 hi, that would be great, can you also send the svg? Maybe I can compare our cases in another video. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

      Supplement:
Having tried it with a few other fonts, I have to say that my „out of the box“ approach works for some of them , but all in all your suggested optimisation gives better results!

Just checked now, I'll fix that for the upcoming vids. Thanks a lot!
