Love the haircut and the young man under it!
Never blame the Mrs for stuff you can't find, just ask her to help you search. 🤔
Searching tip :
When you can't find your sunglasses, always check the top of your head first.
Or on your hat
Why plant in 30" rows instead of 7" rows? Thx.
it was hooked up maybe
Do not place all the bales of hay together if a fire breaks out you will have a major problem place them a little further away from each other
Thanks for the “ride-along” on the box blade Cole! You still hold the record for excellent camera placement!
Thank you Cole and Dad Brian for sharing everything. I just love watching the farming and the working of the cattle.Thank you again.God bless you and your family.
You may want to check the radiator and A/C condenser cooling fins to see if their plugged with bugs and/or field debris not letting air through them. Spray them out from the engine fan side out towards the nose of the tractor with a garden hose. Don’t use a pressure washer, it will bend and damage the cooling fins. Just a thought….
Great video! Poor Cole, having to apologize to your wife. Thanks, Tiffany.
Accusing yer bride is what we old married guys call “a low percentage move”. Learn from my pain and suffering. 😅
I seen yesterday that Sonne Farms is one of the top 10 richest youtube farms (i had no idea) congratulations 👏
Lol it must be true. Its on the internet. OMG
@@briansonne814 I was wondering 😄
@@briansonne814 I was wondering 😄
@@briansonne814 haha "100%"
Old school with the marker lol, like we traveled back in time. Hope you weren't sleeping on the couch!
Thanks Tiffany he needed the haircut. Great job Cole and Brain
Maybe. You shave your head
Some of my equipment started get hot a little while back....I just got rid of it , went in the house laid on the couch , watched tv
lol
106°F the last 3 days in Riverside County, California 🥵🥵
Stay Hydrated Cole, Brian & Uncle Jeff...
GBY ALL 🙏❤️💙💖💙🐕🐕...💙🤗✝️
P.S. Cole I was just curious which hair you got cut...
("A haircut 💇♂️"???) 😉👍😁🤣😂😅🤣
It looks Very nice Cole... Might be a good day to bring home some roses 🌹, now that you found your wallet 👍😁😂🤗✝️
I don't think I've ever seen anything but beautiful Black Angus Cattle from your farm! You and your Dad should walk around with an extra little bit of a giddy-up in your steps of pride!!! My hat is off to you both because you are a poster card for cattle ranching in my eyes.
“Time to make the donuts.”
Your dad is legendary with the smart-alec one liners.
Its my super power.
@@briansonne814 and keeping extra parts on hand…
Good job on apologizing quickly Cole! Great video.
hair cut are you going back to get it finished lol
You probably already thought of this but pressure wash out your radiators and oil coolers and condensers. That may help keep your engine temps. Not trying to ruffle anyone up. Great video’s. Love the channel
Great camera placement and editing.
If your equipment is getting hot regularly I would consider testing the coolant and doing a flush. Older stuff doesn't transfer heat as effectively.
Your haircut looks spiffy. Enjoy watching you and your dad and Uncle Jeff taking care of the farm.
when you were working the beefs at the beginning, why does the alley have plywood lining it.
Cole and Brian you two work so well together. You guys make it look easy !
Wow those calves have grown so fast. They look so strong and healthy too. Beautiful!
Iam at the Ta in Las Vegas tonight real feel temp today was 115 was loading ice cream my reefer was pre cooked to -20 loaded it warmed up to +15 now she was struggling to get back down to -20
Hi Cole, I’m glad you took my advice getting your haircut. Now you look like a movie star keep up the good work and I hope everything’s going all right after all the rain.
Cole saw your short video sorrow to se that you got flooded out any other flooding on the main farm?
I've been Jonesing for a Sonne Farms video and here you are!! 🥰
Thanks for another great video Cole and Brian.
It was interesting and very enjoyable to watch.
Noticed a nice dually Chevrolet pickup in the shed. Something new for you????!!!!
Nice looking unit.
You and dad really did a great job of treating those cows and calf’s. Sounds like they all were in good shape. Nice job done.
Busy day you both were having today with fertilizer spreading and the cows and planting sorghum in uncle Jeff’s feed lot. Haven’t seen much of uncle Jeff, just wanted to make sure he is OK.
Your tractor that is heating up might need some radiator and filter cleaning. Or sometimes it needs new fresh stuff in the radiator if not cleaned out
Lately. Just some suggestions. Just trying to help not tell you what to do.
Good camera placement on the scraper and planter Cole.
Thanks for telling Tiffany sorry on the lost wallet issue. Am sure she appreciated that. Way to go Cole.
Haircut looks good but mabey a bit more in the front. Your choice of course.
Guess that is it. Enjoyed this video. Thanks for everything. You and dad take care.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Great video. Praying for all.those impacted by all the.flooding.
You should put a GoPro on a cow for a day.
How much damage have you guys received from the flooding? Several of my friends under water out there.
Lots of it. Video coming soon.
The haircut is nice… but maybe not sleeping on the couch with the dog after falsely accusing the wife kind of nice lol
For something like that lot wouldn't the grain drill be better
Great haircut 😊You know being willing to apologize to your companion is a good thing for both of you. It has kept my husband and me married for over 42 years ❣
Not first or last time you apologize to Tiffany.
You do understand that right, Cole
Just ask Dad, his wisdom is plentiful 😅
I think Brian does not like us . He no talkie talkie lately.
Thanks for the Saturday morning entertainment ! 👍
As meticulous as you folks are about maintenance on your equipment why do you put up with tractor(s) that overheat?
Were those coles animals that you guys were working? They look so nice. Is Cole able to sell any of his bulls on bull day?
Love the outraged mooing.
“Gots make the donuts “.....classic. 😂
cole hope the tractor stops over heating. but the calvs look good too cole you have a good day and brian you also have a good day.
You should see if one of the TH-cam lawn cutters guys wants to come up to your farm and mow all the grass that is growing up and out of control around all the work barns and sheds. Would be a great cross over.....
Does the tractor need a new coolant pump or just a flush and fill?
Nice editing. Thanks for sharing. -EZ
I'm sure you can make it up to her, somehow. 😏
Nice work mechanic Cole ! 👍
Fixing that broken belt in the field almost makes up for forgetting the globe. 😉
Finally I got to see what those folded up things on each the side of planter is for! I actually thought they were turn signals for the tractor! LOL!
OmgOSH!! When you were inside the seeder bin kicking extra seed down the chute..!!!???? If you had fallen in???? Hellooo???? Please don't do that while the motor is on! That gave me a heart attack watching!!! Was I seeing correctly?? Wasnt that dangerous??
Hope things are drying for you all out in the mid west.
Upper Midwest. Mid mid west we finally got rain not a lot but enough corn is tasseling.
Clarification mid mid west as in Kansas City Hannibal Missouri Quincy Illinoisl St. Louis
All that work and I didn’t even break a sweat!!! 🤣🤣
I don't know anything about farms, I didn't understand anything about the fence, beeline, no guidance deal? why did you need to use a marker? Im invested
Good job on the calves and the sorghum, love that scraper, does an awesome job! Have a nice day!
That tractor getting hot doing that light work shouldn't happen. Something need to be cleaned or fixed.
Since this video was before the monsoon rain you all received confident all that fertilizer either washed away or went well below the root zones! That’s sad
Is your Uncle doing OK? I ask because I notice he hasn't been on any videos in a while.
careful around the auger. Had a friend who got his foot caught and never walked the same again.
Haircut looks good.
Hi 👋🏻
did you get a hair cut or did you get them all cut??? LOL can't help it, I'm a dad.
we have them in Ontario - I don't think they bite :) relative of a dragonfly I think
awsome video cole got the pasture nice and clean love the ride alongs with the box scraper thumbs up and shared
I see someone is still cutting ditch hay.
Bet it feels great knowing your hay will last the winter!
guys that tractor should not be over heating you keep it up and a JD shop will tell you what needs to be done good luck to you
Cole you meant you were going to town to get some Jimmy...Crack corn.
Was it Jimmy’s. NVM. I don’t care1
Hi to all three of you guys from Indiana
Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
Thanks and GOD BLESS 😀
Take her out for a nice meal. at the Wedding reception
get red one wouldn’t have that heating problem
Great video
Good thing you got these projects done before rainy season started in Southeastern South Dakota!
Maybe catch a lower cog and keep the rpm up.
What’s the difference between planting and drilling? Is it the type of machinery used? 🤷
correct
More feed for the finishing expansion. Have a great grow season and better grain prices. At least you have the option to mob graze fields and make money on the farmer grade direct retail sales. Will one day be more profitable than the bull sale day. Get a referral fee for also pork ect sales. Do family packs with merch vs discounting price. I fear long term grain demand is running away from roundup ready gmo crops.
Hi Cole, ever consider converting Storla into freezer space to coordinate deliveries for farmer grade. Barter beef for pork at retail. Edison Motors utube bc canada is building solar referigation box trailers with battery bank and generator. In an emergency the trailer could also power Storla. Less chance of loss power systems are redundant.
Also be a great truck ev conversion kit installation garage. They will train your technician on your truck install. 50% fuel savings, 250kw battery bank, cat dot generator, ev cogen axels. No noise or pollution in populated or yard areas. Edison saves 50% or $10,000.00 a month on fuel, Canadian. Regen brakes don't wear they make money. They have two models testing and not a penny in carbon tax grant money. Check out the ev conversion kit. As easy as selling farmer grade.
Hopefully the sorghum will do good.
Another Saturday morning with Cole Brain and the cows! Will the elusive Uncle Jeff make an appearance?
Nice haircut!!
Thanks!
Thank you Sonne farms!!!!
did you get your cracked corn from Jimmy?
No GPS? Positively Amish!
Probably explained before but what is the time lag between filming and publishing? Guessing a week to 10 days.
correct
@@briansonne814 I wondered relative to videos about the flooding. Saw the latest video in members only. Incredible is the only way to describe it. Sonne's have dealt with some adverse conditions in the last few years. That is putting it mildly. Prayers raised for your family.
@@leekillman802 Honestly I feel like this has been my entire farming career. One challenge after another and one victory after another. Such a roller coaster.
Hey Cole!, Brian and Mr jeff!! Love the uploads.
As a fellow guy with no help most of the time..
Have you thought about putting a agri-speed hitch on your bale mover and tractor for movin hay and cornstalk bales? Saves so much on my body already having to get in and out a bajillion times.
Well that’s a first for me. Never seen someone plant a feed lot! Bet you don’t need much if any fertilizer, but I bet there’s some weed pressure coming 😂
I bet you're correct!
sorghum (can edit out salt)
I was in the Midas Basin, Bay of Fundy a few years ago and I grabbed a sample of a grass plant that was growing at the mouth of a river in the tidal plain. I think it's called 'Sporobolus ioclados' (grows in saltwater / freshwater coastal environments)
Question is, Do cows like it? :)
Do they offer grasses to speed up remediation of feedlots? I understand sorghum is the popular solution - wondering where the research is on this subject.
Sounds like a t stat issue it might be sticking
Someone is making ditch hay.
how do you feel about JD shutting down in IA and moving production to Mexico? over 600 layoffs
A fine looking haircut.
Hey guys, have you ever broken a needle tip off in a cow/calf, if so, what do you do to recover?
have not
What plunger needling system were you using to vaccinate calves that can be used in a chute without them fully secured in a headgate?
Are you talking about the liquid pour for flys?
Man, those are sonne nice lookin' calves. Wishin' I had a dozen of 'em. They would 'beef' feed about 30 families in Alabama next year.
❤ from Norway
That J-D, if getting
overheating, Radiator probably needs flushed and fresh anti-freeze, also blow the radiator out more frequently.
LOL farmer only get a hair cut for about 3 reasons. Weddings, funerals, and the wife asking them if they want it up in a man bun 🤪🤪🤪. Awesome video Cole. 🚜🚜🚜
Thanks again, great video.
Glad to hear you apologized.
Cole you just amaze me. You know how to fix anything that breaks on your equipment. You and your dad are great people and farmers.
Tiff since he accused you of something you didn’t do that is grounds for another diamond you have 9 more fingers to fill. Make an appearance we like seeing you on the channel your fun.
