When the text saying KONAMI appears, you have to connect a gamecube controller and input the Konami code, so I suggest you make a new video doing that (and maybe delete this one)
When it says "KONAMI", I'm pretty sure it means to input the Konami code to start restoring the nand files. (Edit made because of spelling errors, I suck at typing words properly lol)
The reason it's stopping you from using a NAND backup from another Wii, is because if you write a NAND from another Wii to it, it will not be able to decrypt it upon boot, and will be bricked beyond repair (unless your Wii has Boot2 Bootmii, or you use a NAND flasher.) That screen is impossible to bypass on the family edition models due to the absence of the Gamecube controller ports.
For an RVL-101 you need to be running the backup from boot2, just an IOS install will require the Konami code on a GC controller when attempting to flash, from boot2 it can be done with just the Wii's front buttons.
the very first wii models had an exploit on the booting sequence which basically allow you to install BootMii in a partition that is loaded before loading the system menu (aka BootMii as boot2), meaning that even if the console is bricked, BootMii will load before the bricked system, and that's the best antibrick protection you can have on your console. Nintendo updated the Wii's architecture and solved the exploit, so Wiis sold after 2007 and Family Edition Wiis got patched and now all you can do is install BootMii as an IOS (which is like a title installed IN the system menu, instead of before), so you can pretty much use it but is not a "magic debricker tool" anymore. BootMii as an IOS has some limitations, and thus it requieres you to get a Gamecube Controller and input the konami code to restore a Nand Backup. Now important thing, Family edition Wiis lack of Gamecube Controller/Memory card ports, so on those systems is impossible to restore a Nand Backup using BootMii

You need a GameCube controller for that process, so it's possible, but you need a GameCube controller for the "KONAMI" part

It took me over 1 year to get me to back up my nand. I installed a custom theme without it. Also HOW MANY BAD BLOCKS, jezus christ. I only have 1
Considering its a Wii with the labels rotated, if it doesn't have the GC ports you can't do much.

Try installing the vWii ios80 patch onto the regular wii to cause a console brick.

If you have a bricked wii, and you install a nand from the internet, It's probably fine but it's likely Wiimmfi banned

When they say "Konami" I think they mean do the Konami Code!
