I farmed this heroic with shadow comp and even came to replace Cookie with Medivh for the extra attack Yashaarj can steal.
Yshaarj - Mark of Yashaarj
Kazakus - Wildvine
Voljin - Ring of Haste
Queen Azshara - Xalatath
Bwonsamdi - Arena Contender / doesnt matter
Medivh - Staff of Atiesh
Yshaarj, Kazakus and Voljin for the climb. Bwonsamdi can replace Yshaarj if you cant one shot the board or is a red/blue heroic then deal of fear will reset it to 3 enemies only and you can summon 2 golems first turn and do a normal Yshaarj on turn 2 instead with much more attack power.
Boss is 3 blue shadow comp, build up shadow claws for 2 turns and aoe down clones from turn 2 till the end.

@GlacierRain. Shadow is the way to go. Thanks for the tip. Admittedly, I didn't try anything else, but your build was easy enough, that I didn't have to try any other build for this bounty.
Here's the code for your comp, in case anyone wants it (my, slightly altered build, at the bottom of my comment):

I can't say that I "farmed" this per se, but I did the bounty 20-30 times to start collecting the Chromie coins before the next expansion (700 coins). I only wiped once, and that was because of the stupid potato couldn't switch sides after turn 1. Every other time, I did not lose a single merc against the boss. You only need the three shadow blues to complete this and you don't need any specific treasures. Since I was trying to collect Chromie coins (and not do it for Medivh equipment), I switched my comp a little bit.
For the climb, I did:
Y'Shaarj - Mark of Y'Shaarj 4
Murky - March of the Murlocs 4
Kazakus, Golem Shaper - Wildvine 4
You can pretty much 1-shot almost every encounter on the climb, and hunt for all the elites you want (especially the green ones).
Y'Shaarj does 63 damage to the 1st minion, then 90 to each additional (without any treasures nor role advantage), after Kazakus plops out a 20/20.
Then the boss gets:
Kazakus, Golem Shaper - Wildvine 4
Vol'jin - Ring of Haste 4
Queen Azshara - Xal'atath 4
I found myself prioritizing treasures like Shadow Volley (cast Shadow Bolt when you play a shadow ability) for extra heals, or Off the Rockers (deal damage when a Golem dies), or +Shadow Damage, or the occasional Assassinate 2 (destroy enemy at start of game).
Azhara's heal equipment mitigates almost all the damage you take (especially with Shadow Volley treasure), and Vol'jin's equipment ensures that you are fast enough to AoE the copies and keep the arcane bonus damage down. And having cursed treasure isn't a problem either, with Azhara's heals.
Turn 1: Vol'jin and Azhara just shoots the red add. While Kazakus runs in 3 rush golems.
Turn 2: AoE the copies down (usually Azshara's 3rd ability + Vol'jin's 2nd or 3rd ability). Just make sure you get your AoEs off 1st. While Kazakus runs in 3 more rush golems.
Turn 3: Clean it up with Azhara's 2nd ability (Mage Paramount for +spell damage) , and Vol'jin's 3rd (Curse of Weakness for shadow weakness if possible), and Kazakus's Shadow Claws for damage 7 times.
Turn 4+: rinse and repeat. Just make sure you AoE the clones.
This build leaves one extra slot for whoever you want, that you never need to take off the bench (like Medivh for the equipment or some random merc for extra coins). In my case, I just brought Valeera, in the off chance I could pick up "Assassinate 2" to destroy a random enemy, thus making the runs a little faster.

got nemsy treasure "when unit with taunt get dmg, heal him for 40"...
mediv summon my board and make every unit unkillable.

I beat this today! If it's available, take the treasure where "anyone damaged by Boggy takes +11 nature damage". Take Fervent Foliage for Bru'kan if you can. Take Bird Buddy for Guff if you can. For the Boss fight I used Elise (I don't have Medivh unlocked yet), Guff and Bru'kan. Total cake walk!

You have to have Medivh in the party to unlock the equipment. Medivh does not participate in actual fights outside the Arcane comp.
