    Appreciate your style brother
    I use similar layout:
    1 pump + squat
    3 pump or navy seal + 3 squat
    5 pump or navy + 5 squats
    You can use jump squats for advance.
    Or like 3 + 5 + 7 :
    3 pump or navy
    5 pump
    7 pump
    10 squats
    Do it for 100.
    For 1st 900 push ups
    2nd - 1500 push ups
    Smth like that really good way to improvise training sessions
