You absolutely must, it's a bucket list destination and I have been fortunate to visit more than once. Cabin position is tricky, if you are likely to be docked in Circular Quay then you will want a port side cabin so you overlook the harbour and opera house, however if you are in the main cruise terminal, starboard is the way to go so you get the full Sydney experience. On my first cruise we spent 3 days in Sydney at Circular Quay and I completely lucked out with a port side suite. The butler used to shut the curtains but I used to pull them all open again when I got back from dinner to admire the view!

Would love to cruise out of Sydney one day, and know now to book a starboard cabin! Adding a bit of music would of sorted your neighbours noise LOL.
