Please, what does Hard and soft data mean? I did not really understand it in the video.
The people who are confused with the markets are either not listening to anyone thinking they're smarter or model is better and are getting caught with that model or framework being wildly wrong post-covid, OR they're listening to everyone and seem to not understand the only person you need to listen to is Powell, no other FED member's public appearances or dot plots are even remotely relevant...It's like if you're in a classroom and the teacher says "put your name on your test and use a pencil," some kids aren't listening at all and forget to put their name on their tests and get an F, and the other kids are listening to every other student next to them who say "use a pen" and their test can't be graded and they get an F...The kids who listen to the teacher did fine.
Who are you talking to? You're the only person here 😂😂😂
USDJPY just bounced off 50MA at 152 (very bullish)
Fed data has long and variable lags within long and variable lags.
Also USDJPY 152 was the high in late 2022 and late 2023 (very bullish)
how can there be a "big down move" for USD when the Yen has only begun ITS big down move?
Pay close attention to central banks and do the exact opposite of what they hint.
I am guessing the dollar strengthens as US equity markets sell off…
Dollar shortage overseas. Deflation incoming
