  • I bought my first pair of Vermont Gloves in the spring of 2020 and now I have worn out 2 pairs of them and decided to show how they hold up.

Are the Vermonter and the Uphill Skier basically the same, except for the Cinchable cuffs and the included wool liner?
I'm asking because I hear a lot of good things about the Vermonter but I'd prefer to have a Cinchable cuff for gardening.

@@grocerygetter100 I am not sure but I suspect so. The uphill skier comes with a removable liner which you wouldn't want gardening but that's obviously easy to remove.
There's a chance you might want to down size if you are using the gloves without a liner and you want a close fitting glove. You can size a glove so it works well with and without a liner but you can also get a glove that fits well without a liner and is too tight with a liner. I am not sure if the leather part of the uphill skier runs half a size large but it could, that's something you could talk to Vermont Gloves about.
I am probably not the best source for information, I am not associated with Vermont gloves, I just like their products.

    They can repair the fingers.

@@jrfisherco I am going to send them in and try getting them fixed. I do wonder how worn out they can get before it's not worth fixing them.
