Are the Vermonter and the Uphill Skier basically the same, except for the Cinchable cuffs and the included wool liner? I'm asking because I hear a lot of good things about the Vermonter but I'd prefer to have a Cinchable cuff for gardening.
@@grocerygetter100 I am not sure but I suspect so. The uphill skier comes with a removable liner which you wouldn't want gardening but that's obviously easy to remove. There's a chance you might want to down size if you are using the gloves without a liner and you want a close fitting glove. You can size a glove so it works well with and without a liner but you can also get a glove that fits well without a liner and is too tight with a liner. I am not sure if the leather part of the uphill skier runs half a size large but it could, that's something you could talk to Vermont Gloves about. I am probably not the best source for information, I am not associated with Vermont gloves, I just like their products.

They can repair the fingers.
@@jrfisherco I am going to send them in and try getting them fixed. I do wonder how worn out they can get before it's not worth fixing them.
