Excellent ideas and treasured finds!! I would never “apologize” for giving gifts of items I thrifted. It’s all about seeking out quality, just as you showed. I personally would love to receive any of the gifts you showed❤️
It's always a nice idea to at least keep your eye out anyway, it can't hurt! I often have a few gifts months in advance because I found something great while thrifting, so I just put it aside til the next gift-giving occasion (if I can wait that long haha).
Loved all your ideas! You have such great taste! I find a lot of nice Christmas ornaments at the thrift store to gift (beautiful vintage ones or some that are new in the box). Also, thrift stores have the best vases that you can arrange some grocery store flowers in for a holiday hostess gift.
Thank you so much! Vase with flowers is a great idea. And yes I found vintage/collectible Christmas mugs last year new in boxes with a sweet Santa in the forest talking to animals print. I love them! I think they were $2.99 each... Can't beat that.
Lovely video.i liked all thr things.last year I brought some gorgeous glitzy wallpaper from a second hand shop for 1 pound I wrapped so many presents up with thid but have at least 3 quarters of the roll left.much cheaper than wrapping paper sheets x
I had no idea until just now that West Elm actually sells coordinated book bundles exactly like I talked about doing in this video. $Almost $200 for their bundle of 10, but you could create your own one of these bundles for about $20 with thrifted books. WOW! www.westelm.com/products/dust-jacketed-colorpak-books-d10897/?cm_src=WsiSearch&recstrat=Search-Page-3%7CMETA-GRP-TAG-AFF
Great ideas! That has me thinking “out of my box”. The cookies look perfect! If you have more to make I’d love to see how you make them. 😂😄☺️. I hope to check my thrift store soon. 🎁
Thank you! I can tell you that I always use the same baking site, Sally's Baking Addiction, for any cookies or desserts that I make; I absolutely love this website! Here is the link to the sugar cookie recipe I used: sallysbakingaddiction.com/best-sugar-cookies/
Hi Tasha. Came across your channel and subbed. Seems we may live kind of close to each other. I also shop at Trosa and The Scrap Exchange. Great places. Great ideas for gifts. Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Joanne
Thanks so much! Fittingly, that tree came from a thrift store outlet actually. I think it was originally a display tree at Target, but unfortunately there was very limited information on the box and we couldn't find exactly which one it was.
