I agree! Wonderful ideas! Just a caution with candles..I made lavender candles where the lavender stuck out of the wax and they caught fire, yikes.

Lots of lovely ideas for gifts. Here in the UK we unfortunately do not have the type of thrift stores you have. But I will be looking for items to turn into candles from now on.

New subscriber from upstate New York, a thrifter too and love creating gift baskets. Yours are absolutely beautiful and done with so much thought. Dollar Tree also carries the basket bags, cellophane and I use them to put my gift baskets in and tie with ribbon that I thrift. Merry Christmas 🌲

The poppable toy you found is a very expensive children's toy right now they are very popular, My grandchildren had some just a couple Yr's when my daughter told me how much they cost my bottom jaw dropped, unbelievable price for a toy like those I don't know how they can even call them a toy they're very over priced that's for sure, But anyway the child that get's that gift from you is going to be very happy!! The parents will too cause their kid's are probably asking for it and you gifted it so they don't have to pay that outrageous price.
Some very beautiful fabric you found too, I love having a lot of baskets as well you can do so many things with them they go really well with your homes decor used for storage that's the main thing I use them for I really love how they look and some baskets are very expensive!

The plastic greenery in the candles look pretty BUT look like a huge fire safety issue.

Your baskets are really lovely. All look visually cohesive. Just a word of caution, PLEASE be careful adding so much candle fragrance into your candles. Candles can only take so much fragrance, because the fragrance can be highly highly flammable and at some point if the fragrance oil catches fire it will cause the wax to catch fire as well and this can lead to very dangerous situation. Fragrance should be put into the wax and be stirred for 2 to three minutes to be sure it incorporates into the wax before you pour your wax into your containers. Further you may need to look into the amount of fragrance a candle can accept safely as to avoid this very hazardous situation. For your sake, so that a candle doesn't catch on fire and burn someone's home (potentially) and leave you open to liability please do some research into safe candle making practices. Your gifts were so lovely I'd hate for your gift recipients to have any issues with your very thoughtful gifts.
