In this video, I will be showing you guys how I upgraded my Laptop. A way to improve your old Laptop's performance is through upgrading your HDD (Hard Disk Drive) to SSD (Solid State Drive) and increasing your RAM (Random-Access Memory), for example from 4GB to 8GB.
It's best to only do this with Laptops that have no warranty, since upgrading with new Laptops that still has warranty may void it.

No puedo creer que no tenga un segundo slot de memoria para trabajar en dual channel. Tengo una notebook igual a esta... menos mal que no compre un segundo slot de ram antes de ver esto. No se si vale la pena cambiarlo por otro mas grande. El cambio de disco por ssd seguro si vale la pena.
Yes it only has 1 slot for the ram. So the old/stock ram is out. Thanks

yes sir. worth ang upgrade kasi mura na price ngayon sa DDR3 RAM lalo na ngayon ginagamit sa online school ng anak ko. naka save ako ng pambili ng new laptop. dati pag boot lang ng windows matagal.

Thank you for viewing my video. If you can get 8gb 1333mhz then its okay. But if you cannot find it, you still can use 1600mhz ram. The system just clocks down to 1333mhz because the processor is rated at 1333mhz.
I just wanted to change the hdd to a ssd. I followed the instructions but forgot to take off the battery. Now the Laptop won't start. It's absolutely dead like gettin no electricity at all. Any advice?

Quick question does it matter what ssd brand, and would there be a problem if I were to add 1tb ssd coz mine is 500+gb hdd & it’s full
For the ssd you can select any brand. Also you can use 1TB SSD but Im not sure if the performance/speed is still the same because the unit is now driving larger size drives.

This laptop model has socket FCBGA on it meaning it is soldered and not detachable as for most laptops.

Lets check it first if these laptops processor is replaceable/detachable or not.
Pentium N3540 supports socket FCBGA1170 which means it is not detachable.

Sir DDR3 1600mhz po. Only 1.35 volts and maximum or total is only 8GB. Stock nya is 4GB, add ka lang ng 4GB.
good day sir, ask lang if mayroon po ba tayong mabiii na kaha sa ganitong laptop kasi yong sa akin wasak na yong mga hinges nya pati lcd screen,, pag gumamit ako ng laptop need na ng monitor thru hdmi.

You can see improvements but not that much. Still worth the upgrade. YT, MS office, internet, light apps/programs loading time is acceptable

What model of laptop sir? As per gta 5 minimum requirements, you need just 4gb ram and a 2gb graphics card. If your using the integrated graphics you will have low fps or lagging. Thanks
