    This young lady is extremely intelligent and very helpful. The problem is, this doesn’t work for everyone. It’s physically impossible for me to do what she is doing. Every time I try to move in bed or turn over I want to yell lol. I feel like the baby is gonna bust out of my pelvis any second 😖. I find sitting on a birthing ball and also going for walks helps. Long walks may not sound good to some, but when I make myself walk, I notice improvement. It doesn’t go away though.

      i agree i try doing this to turn in bed or even help with getting out of bed and it hurts like hell! walking helps loosen up stiffness but doesn’t take the pain away from me either!❤️

      I’m only 32 weeks with one and I’m more pain than my first. It’s so painful to walk, move in bed, and go from sitting to standing at the moment. I’ve done what I can like ice, Tylenol, resting, warm baths, and stretches. I also have a 1.5 yr old to take care of so it’s been a doozy

    I get the sharp pain in my crotch and muscles or nerves joining with the thighs which makes me so uncomfortable turning sides or sleeping on my sides. I can only sleep on my back but constantly worried about the stopping the blood flow of my baby. I wake up twice or thrice every night just to change my positions. I move my pelvic first and then legs and get up by lifting first my upper body while holding the headboard and then put my feet down. But even then, I don’t start walking immediately. I wait for atleast 5 minutes, otherwise I am sharp shooting pain and cannot walk even to the toilet. I sleep with 2 normal pillows on either side so that I can rest half of my back a lil elevated and not completely flat on my back. I also keep two bolsters on each side just to relieve some of the pressure and very thin pillow under my head. Nothing works for long hours but gives some relief. I am getting this pain since the starr of my 5th month and now I am one week into my 8 th month. I am definitely taking epidural. I had my share of pain already.

    Im 24 weeks into my first pregnancy and i have such sharp pain on my left side. I went for my ultrasound; my baby has his head near my right hipbone facing my back. Everything was healthy thank God but i can barely walk, it's very hard for me to get onto barstools and sitting on the toilet gives me a sharp stabbing pain.

    • @tammynguyen3029

    • @Thesidsentinel
      @Thesidsentinel 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The pain is finally over thank God. I dont sit on barstools anymore. If i get up from bed or my car, i swivel myself put my 2 feet down together and get up with them at the same time (rather than putting 1 foot out first like i normally do). Did not use any stairs all week. Also if i do any motion that suddenly gives that painful twinge again i quickly "rewind" that motion to undo it. I also slept a lot if that helped. I keep a pillow between my knees. Finally after pain mon to wed i woke up pain free Thursday. It seems like the baby is shifting upwards now which might have relieved the pain as well.
