I got a question, what's the difference b/w Start / Actual Start and Finish / Actual Finish. Aren't both same since we have baseline Start / Finish to show originally planned dates ? Kindly Explain

No, there is a difference between start / actual start and finish/actual finish. When you do tracking of any schedule, you put the actual start and actual finish dates. You will observe that The start dates and finish dates (%complete and remaining duration for incomplete tasks) will be changed based on this tracking.
