Steve, great info! It would be a gonga benefit when you see other properties as they come open, to do the same type of vlog. The "boots on the ground" properties available really are priceless. Thanks again!
A bit to small for me as I already think my condo here in California is small at 750 sq ft. But I would live there for a few months when I get to the Phil's. That would give me time to find something bigger. It does look nice and fresh, definitely not bad at all expect for the size.
Nice place. It has a lot of places to store stuff for a small apartment. The cooking set up outside is good to have with small apartments and this one had good storage out there too. I also really liked having a safe present that's mounted to the wall to provide a safe place to store valuables and documents.
We converted from a window air conditioner in our living room to a unit like that one a 2 hp so im praying our electricity bill is below 8,000 php 🙏 All the things look new kinda a waste of money but some people don't care when they are ready to leave they leave.
That would be a nice “flop pad” for somebody who was interested in island life and wanted to give it a try on a short term basis and get the lay of the land…….👍
Nice looking small place, How hospitable of the previous tenant to leave everything. But i'm curious Did he move to another city of leave the country ?
Hey Steve Did you ever find out how much that place was? Probably not for rent anymore. Do you have contacts there and is there a reasonable hotel room for when I get there while I'm looking?
Hey Steve! What about radio programs, is their American Force radio? Can a person smoke outside without a problem with landlord also, what kind of tv programs in the Philippines, is it a lot different than USA television? Thanks you so much for your info!!!
No thanks. A rabbit hutch. Dangerous stairs. No storage for clothes. Suprises me, being a 3rd world country, the price of accommodation, comparing to luxury in Thailand.
You're not wrong in some ways. People need to know what they are getting into in both countries. Philippines is not without it's negatives. I will say, English and a former US possession....Are two very big factors for a lot of guys picking it. A lot of the older military Vets were stationed in the Philippines...
It's a place to visit for a week maybe although very basic and small indeed for most people. Filipinos have way lower standards than the rest of the world

Perfect place.
Decent place.
Reminds me of a Park Model w/ a loft, Manufactured .. Nice ..
Why did the other guy leave all his stuff ?
Looks like he left in a hurry,
Thanks for sharing 👍
He left for the states in a hurry
Only two reasons why he left. 1 , He did something bad in the area and did not want to take responsibility. 2 , He ran out of money .
Nice place
wow, my kinda of place. Cheap aswell.
Very nice...

How do you recommend we find a place to rent? Any sites or facebook pages?
Facebook Marketplace to begin then walk around neighborhoods is best. Just ask around.

@@MrSteven5975 Thank you.
So small. Very very basic.
It's for someone on a budget. It's not a modern home in the US. It's in the Philippines. Leave your family at home and enjoy. 😀
But it saves you killer money !!!
