Steve, great info! It would be a gonga benefit when you see other properties as they come open, to do the same type of vlog. The "boots on the ground" properties available really are priceless. Thanks again!

A bit to small for me as I already think my condo here in California is small at 750 sq ft. But I would live there for a few months when I get to the Phil's. That would give me time to find something bigger. It does look nice and fresh, definitely not bad at all expect for the size.

Nice place. It has a lot of places to store stuff for a small apartment. The cooking set up outside is good to have with small apartments and this one had good storage out there too. I also really liked having a safe present that's mounted to the wall to provide a safe place to store valuables and documents.

We converted from a window air conditioner in our living room to a unit like that one a 2 hp so im praying our electricity bill is below 8,000 php 🙏
All the things look new kinda a waste of money but some people don't care when they are ready to leave they leave.

Only two reasons why he left. 1 , He did something bad in the area and did not want to take responsibility. 2 , He ran out of money .

    Hey Steve
Did you ever find out how much that place was? Probably not for rent anymore. Do you have contacts there and is there a reasonable hotel room for when I get there while I'm looking?

Facebook Marketplace to begin then walk around neighborhoods is best. Just ask around.

    No thanks.
A rabbit hutch. Dangerous stairs. No storage for clothes.
Suprises me, being a 3rd world country, the price of accommodation, comparing to luxury in Thailand.

You're not wrong in some ways. People need to know what they are getting into in both countries. Philippines is not without it's negatives. I will say, English and a former US possession....Are two very big factors for a lot of guys picking it. A lot of the older military Vets were stationed in the Philippines...

It's for someone on a budget. It's not a modern home in the US. It's in the Philippines. Leave your family at home and enjoy. 😀

It's a place to visit for a week maybe although very basic and small indeed for most people. Filipinos have way lower standards than the rest of the world
