The Redcat 1/5 line is so underrated! I have 3 now, and love all of them! I think I have that same engine going into my losi 5t(when I get to it) keep that truck Rippin!
Sup brother! The main Redcat downfall is no available upgrades. 7075RC was the only one and he retired. I am angry that I didn't order his MT chassis. Kicking myself actually. So this engine originally started as a stock g320. Then DDM racing had a sale on ESP ported head kits. I got two for my Dunerunner also. Been braaping for several years. Very impressed with them. Sup Brian! Thanks brother! I can't understand why nobody picked up on Redcat 5ths to make parts for. Years ago 7075RC made some parts for them but mainly the XT and or X series of Redcat. He did make a 7075 chassis for the MT but at the time I didn't order one and missed out. Not that the stock chassis isn't sufficient. But to have a cool upgrade item for it. Oh well. So all the aluminum parts you see on this truck are from Redcat themselves. Sold as upgrade parts. I kept the arms etc. plastic. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘

Goals GMan! Just acquired a Rampage MT (not pro) new to me and am beyond excited to play. This is my first non-electric... may have taken a bigger bite off than intended. Has a auto start like yours that just blew up! I should have looked when I got it (this past Friday) to make sure everything was tight. A screw came out in the starter and broke a fin off the flywheel. Couple questions. Economically speaking, what should I look at to replace the starter, and flywheel. With that - is this thing okay to run with 1 fin broken off the flywheel? Should I break one off on the apposite side? I have read a few things and well... you have one blasting all over the place so I feel you are the man to ask!.
Hey thanks!! The Rampage MT is a monster truck and dbxl a buggy. That said. I think the gas dbxl 2.0 is a better RC. The dbxl actually has aftermarket support if you were looking for upgrades. The Rampage MT has it's place in 5th scale RC though. I keep the power moderate and it will last quite a few runs without breakage. Appreciate you stopping by 👊🤘

I'm not an RC mechanic I have already did a engine replacement due to the 32 CC field engine laws cimpression in less than 2 gallon of gasoline I did all factory recommendations on break in, Throttle servo stopped working in less 1 gallon of gasoline and i replaced that, Now front differential quit pulling!! I would love to upgrade my running geor like you did yours!. You seem very knowledgeable on these redcat Ram page MT's Would you be interested in doing my upgrades for me? I would also like to upgrade my steering servo to a single unit also as you did!. Your help would be appreciated!!. Thanks in advance G Mam

This head kit is for the Zenoah g320 engine. I can't give a definate answer if any ESP kit will fit the HY30. I can say a stock Zenoah g320 longblock is where I started and it was a substantial gain over the HY32 in this MT. Maybe go that route?
Sup man! I do not prefer the rotary over pullstarter. For the simple fact of having to carry a drill and possibly forgetting at home.. Yeah it happens lol 😆. I find a stock Zenoah pullstarter from DDM to last the longest.
I am like you. I have had esp. Still run obr in my 5t 2.o .owned Baja. And a redcat. Anything long rod ported runs well rich. Now you just need a 5t 2.0
