I ordered this bike this month, it came missing some parts to finish the assembly, the customer service was very bad, its been a week and they still haven't shipped the missing parts they said they would. (Front tire quick release) I eventually bought my own quick release lever so, I could tey out the bike... The grommets weren't pushed in all the way and the wiring was rubbing on the frame and has gashes in it, leaving a potential health hazard. Sport Chrono said "that's not a problem it will be ok"..... There was other wiring that had gashes in the protective coating, that they ran through the frame to the handle handle bars etc. The brakes rub, the disc breaks have a slight bend in them, so one can't even adjust the brake pads to stop the rubbing. The back tire when spun has a wobble to it, the rim too, also has a slight bend in it. The front fender doesn't fit right and also rubs on the tire, no matter how much I adjust the fender, so that is a lost cause. I wouldn't recommend this bike to anyone, especially with the bad customer service, which you can see on their Amazon page is an issue. Just like missing parts is an issue as well. Then if you opt to do a return because of problems with the bike, good luck, they trying to make you pay for return shipping with for most cases is around $300. I would say, I was just "unlucky" but after reading their seller reviews on Amazon, it's quite a few people with these issues.
I own this bike I love it.
