This has taken me months and I’m still not done with it and you did it in 3 minutes. Thank you for freeing me from any pride that I may have had, and for freeing me from this mortal coil.
I'm crediting you for this for a video of mine. Because I'll be real, I was not gonna spend 7 hours on one attempt of this map. I had classes to do and couldn't spend this much time for this lmao. Thank you for your genius.
very interestingly, you can actually crit Nil w/enough attack power on a engage weapon, even if the display damage is 0(which normally means you can never crit), meaning you can punch straight through him with crits, probably provided he's debuffed with torrential roar I wonder if the crits are possible because the damage reduction is a flat 50 and not actually nullifying you or doing actual true 0 damage, which means crits and buffs+debuffs will work on him very well
So how does this boss work at the beginning exactly? Do you have to attack it a certain number of times before you can actually damage it or something? I know it's tanky and needs to be debuffed, but is it at all like Nemesis from 3H where you can only damage him from breaking his barrier if you don't beat all 10 elites first?
Ngl I don’t get it either, the sigil clearly says it gives 50 damage reduction and reduces crit chance by 50%. Clearly the crit reduction is working but unless these are actually >50 + Nel’s Def attacks, they should not be this damaging
Edit- on rewatching the video, it does seem like alear is actually achieving around 79 attack with the full setup. Somehow Alear is starting the fight with 49 attack, I’m not sure how
Edit 2: Alear starts the fight that strong because of sword power 5 + push-ups. Theoretically you can actually increase it further with str increasing food iirc. Timerra attacks to apply draconic hex, Ivy attacks to apply def -3 from anima adept, Alear’s first attack is to take damage for reprisal. This setup is not possible without using the dlc emblems
@@chrisc4208 Corrin's Draconic Hex and Soren's Anima Focus (Fire) together gives the boss -7 def and -4 spd.
