ye was so confused, just tried it for fun here before launch.. died and was like aight lets make another one, and then i was suddenly in SC. I think i like the D2 approach more, deed u deed.
@oleskou2436 whats the difference really? If you want to do hardcore, that character is useless to you now. Just gives you a head start when you want to give up hardcore. If you were willing to reroll and go again it isn't a negative or a positive for you. If you give up it'll be a positive.
I have a level 63 character from 3 years ago and i still appreciate this cideo and guide. Thank you, very helpful reminders. Im level 9 so far loving it but cant remember anyfhing about it haha
So glad this game is getting traction before release, I started the beta with a void knight, got to level 88 then started other classes, love the diversity you have within classes in this, I'm starting with warlock for season one, have fun all!
My fav summonnecro was in d2. Now in LE. Fast, maybe not like other builds, but i just walk and transplant. That you can send the minions in front of you is a freaking gamechanger + easy to understand crafts... ect. I love it.
Im pretty sure hardcore is actually okay becuase you charcter does not die and instead becomes a standard character. So it actually okay to start either league if you want to push yourself and see how far you can go.
Yeah they're basically the same thing even for a casual player. I picked Hardcore personally and just died somewhere and that's that. You keep your character.
@@MrVoltimor The D4 product team doesn't even know how to run a live service much less implement QoL standards that aren't essentially bandaids for keeping the player count from hemorrhaging more than it already has.
You missed 1 tiny thing with holding ALT over an item. CTRL+ALT displays even more info on some items that just ALT does not show. For example, uniques that have "Weaver's Will" on them. Might want to pin this as an update to the vid. Good stuff though as always my man!
I was so confused about crafting at first, because in the ingame codex article about crafting it's not mentioned that you have to "tranfer" components first. Just add suffixes it says, but not HOW.
Just ftr, the Warlock is a new 1.0 class as well, right now the Acolyte's only options are Lich & Necromancer. ...Not that it matters much with the 1.0 releasing in four days anyways. ^^
@@WoWdespair The game's story is still missing its last chapter, and both Rogue & Acolyte only have two subclasses instead of three right now. Also, the newly announced Item Factions aren't there yet, either. Those three things will be added come Wednesday, aside from that the game is pretty much feature-complete.
Picked this up untill next poe league launches, coming from poe the sort items button is a godsend theres a lot of things I like about this game and a few things I dislike but overall fun, I can see this being a much better over all experience then d4 for me personally at least
There is no difference between cycle 1(season 1) and the eternal(legacy) realms for at least the 1st cycle. Meaning, if you have a character/s you want to continue with new updates coming the 21st, you can play it, if yoi want to start over, and try for the leaderboards, you can too.
Its important to note that if you go hardcore you character isnt locked out, simply it just goes into the softcore server so you character isnt out right dead.
Sorting is not perfect. Often it misses small optimizations that let you fit a specific item in the last few slots. This is only relevant when your inventory us almost completely full, but its good to be aware of.
isn't hardcore more in Last Epoch a little different? When your character dies it will not be removed it will be moved to standard mode "A Hardcore character is converted to a regular character on death."
I got to level 12 and died for the first time,,I got a little greedy and stayed in the fight for too long..With my mage the messed up part was I saw it coming..Not a professional player for sure.I do understand how these games work though.
I really don't understand why do you have to press ' transfer crafting items ' instead of just putting it already there makes it quite dumb to make a half way implementation of something.
Does anyone know if Last Epoch has a Force Move key? I usually just bind Fore move to the space bar, and hold it down with my left thumb for easy moving. It removes the need for constantly clicking - I'm Old...
As far as I know, left click is solely dedicated to movement and is not changeable. So it's sorta a forced movement. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please, I'm also new to the game lol
@@ElectricDreamsChannel So I just saw the latest patch notes. It mentioned they will be having controller support. at least there's that. The force move key would have been nice. just can't do countless mouse clicks. fingers start to hurt...

No when you die in Hardcore your character will go to softcore so its not perma death unlike other games
Bank gets cleared upon death in hardcore

this is nice u dont lose everything at least u can screw around in softcore and either way if ur a hard core player it would be as if its deleted

I’ve got almost 800 hours on the game and it’s great. Mostly played necro and shaman.
800 hrs dang
What's s fun starter build in your opinion?
how does it compare to diablo 3 and 4
What else could you have done? edit: that read judgmentally. I’m in the same boat.

great video, thank you!
The way LE explains how everything in the game works should be the baseline for all these types of games.
Nah. Too much effort. Those types of quality of life features must be locked behind a paid "DLC"
Blizzard: Ingame guide good idea lets put it behind 100$ paywall sounds fair. With our dev team around season 10 it will be finished.

Hardcore actually just sends you to regular mode after you die, from what I've read, so you don't lose your character.

You lose the stash only. So anything in there goes "poof"
Excited for this :))
First thing I did was change QWER to 1234. Now I just have to figure out how to move an ability from one spot to another.
