Hi not sure what exercise program to choose from. My goal is to shed fat and gain muscle. Would the best program for me be weight loss plan along with nutrition guide or high protein for muscle 🤷🏽♀️😁
I'm starting from scratch. I hope to get good and thick like this. Even if I just get close to it I'll be happy. I just don't like being really skinny. I've already lost my baby weight but tend to get really skinny from breast feeding for a long time.
I had this type of day today. But I did glutes and quads with a dash of hamstrings. And let me tell you I wanted to leave the gym in the first set of warmups 😅😂. But I stayed made it through(Thank God). Secondly, I would start looking at you too, when you were trying to show us the pump 😂😂. I would say, ma’am help me to get where you are in Jesus mighty name! 😂
Of course, I train everything. I just tend to film my lower body days because that’s what most people request but if you guys want an upper body day I’ll make sure to get you that next!🫶🏾

How to get my glutes rounder? I have more upper glute then lower it just creates a curve then goes flat down. I’m incorporating all the compound movements like hip thrust, squats, lunges, etc. Trying to eat protein with every meal and glute activations everyday. What am I missing?
Progressive overload and consistency with your chosen workouts (don't change them too often). Make sure you use rest days and sleeping enough. Give it time to see change
Good- we know what muscles working look like. Tired of seeing half naked women working out- it's too many of them on here- I can actually watch her videos in public without feeling uncomfortable because she's not dressed like a street walker
Youre clearly very smart and i enjoy your content but what i dont like about content like this is that it suggest certain muscle groups and enhance in size from workout when its clearly genetics at play. Youre a west African woman, any typical white or asian woman is not growing anything with these exercises. Period, not a fan of certain gym videos for this reason.
