I have a 22 teryx 4. It feels bulletproof, great review. All competition is going to have plus and minus points. The biggest thing for me was it always has a bed compared to honda/yami only has a bed with less seats. Loud yes, but great machine so far.

I agree, it’s a great machine if it’s what you’re looking for. If someone has expectations of it riding like a RZR then they will be disappointed but if you’re looking for a good all around sport utility, I think the teryx is a solid contender.

Totally agree. That’s why we bought ours. 2018 and no issues at all

Our 2017 T4 LE just hit 7yrs old and 3500 miles on original stock Bighorn tires from the dealership.. amazing machine. The tires gave up the ghost in March and started going flat every 2 days so we added new 31" rock crawlers and suspension upgrades. Zero failures since purchase except 7yo tires.. lol. Went 2700mi on factory belt and changed it proactively. Belt still good so we kept it as a spare. If you haven't heard - don't buy aftermarket belts.. stay OEM. Adding a SATV split folding windshield absolutely extended our weather options and gave us 11mo out of the year riding. Your opinion of the '23 mirrors us on the '17. I can't part with it. Be safe!

I have a 21 teryx4 with 2300 miles now. Bullet proof. All my friends have can am and polaris and everyone says how much they respect the "kawi". Just installed 30s with superatv high clearance a arms. Def a game changer. I also recommend the superatv windshield for it.

30s are definitely on my list. Just gotta figure out if I want to cage chop or just get a custom cage made. I want to put portals on with the 30s, just won’t fit in the garage.

The wife and I have Teryx4 2017 and I agree with everything this man said. What a great review. You did a awesome job dude. There is no difference in the 2 as far as I can see it's exactly like yours. So that's pretty cool for me to see in your review also. That usually means when it doesn't change anything that they got it right. They can't get no better, so they didn't try to make it better or change anything. Thanks for the video and once again great job man.👏 Kawasaki needs to send you a helmet or something. Lol

love this machine, i have the 2023 4S and yes its a bit loud and it does get warm on the driver side with the forward exhaust being close by. i have about 1200 miles on mine and i also did a few changes. 2in wheel spacers, 2 in lift kit for better clearance and also was able to put 30 inch tires on it. i will say that with the lift and larger tires its a way more comfortable ride. you should try it. also with gas mileage im averaging about 110-120 per tank. this engine loves the lower speeds and found that at 25MPH it gets the best mileage.

Hey Love your buggy. That camo really makes it pop a bit more. I have a 2022 TeryX4S Crimson Red. I love my buggy. Like you, I have found the same pros and cons of the machine. I did get the plexi-glass full windshield with the vents at the bottom, however I wish I had gotten the one that tilts open just for the fact that the cabin gets really warm in the summer and more airflow would have helped. I too have a problem with the noise level. We don't wear helmets often so I bought four Cardo headsets. That really solved the problem. I do have 3 helmets with the intercom systems but have failed to get the fourth helmet simply because I hardly use the helmets.🤣 I also bought the Kawasaki cargo trunk. It does cut down a bit on how much room you have to carry stuff. I have to pack somewhat lighter but I do appreciate that my gear doesn't get dusty or muddy. I haven't planned any camping excursions so I'm not carrying a lot. Cooler, Tools, 4 Kilos Fold up chairs some weather gear etc. I also have the soft top and soft doors for it but never use the doors in summer. I ride in South Central Wisconsin where their aren't too many trails. 70 percent of my riding is road riding and I went through the front tires in just 1100 miles. Replaced with two BFGoodrich Radial UTV tires. Well enough rambling appreciated your video.

Great info. I thought I wanted a polaris rzr 1000 4 seater for my wife and kids but I agree with what you said. I too just want an exploration vehicle that can reliably take my family and friends out into the hills and mountains. One of the things I dont like about the polaris rzr 4 seaters are that they are hard to find toy haulers that fit them. They need 12.17 feet of interior cargo space in a toy hauler. That means you basically have to look at the 30+ foot toy haulers and I dont really want to do that. The TERYX4 is only 10.45 feet so it can feet in some of the smallest toy haulers which are usually 11ft ish. I found a used TERYX4 LE with upgraded arched A-arms, shocks and beadlocks for only $14k and only 800 miles on the ODO. It looks like I need to buy it after watching your video. Thanks.

I like can am as much as anyone, but can am and Polaris are genuinely garbage compared to Yamaha, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, and Honda...we all love how peppy the can ams especially are but being almost completely all plastic and their particular CVT WITHOUT A WET CLUTCH they always slip and cook and in the unlikely event they "last" they always wear out 5 times faster than anything else.
Best CVT system money can buy is Yamahas/Arctic Cat which also technically includes Suzuki. Next is Kawasakis with their "fingers" they're extremely good for slow technical crawling but don't last like the roller types. Last is Polaris/can am without a wet clutch so the belt is constantly snapping in and outta tension obviously wearing it incredibly fast, allowing it to slip with only a small amount of water intrusion leaving you stranded. Ive pulled home many Polaris and can ams with my Arctic cat 1000, the same rig I drained full of water after a long ride I wasn't aware I sucked in water thru a very deep mud hole
