This game must be what it's actually like when you're a doctor working in another country, and it's like you're vaguely familiar with the native language but overall you still can't make a lick of sense out of any of it so it's just pure static and you just gotta be like "Um... okay so... 34:21 Those spots in your vision are called "floaters," they're not the blood veins in your eyes, they're clumps of cells or proteins floating within the vitreous of your eye that are casting shadows onto your retina (which is why you typically notice them when looking at something bright like the sky.) They're more common in nearsighted people and more likely to appear as you get older and the vitreous fibers slowly detatch from the retina, but if you ever get a whole ton at once, definitely go to your eye doctor, because that could be a sign of retinal tearing or retinal detachment.

No heckin way!! This used to be my favourite game growing up! Even the music is so nostalgic… funny story, I tried to trade in this game to my local game shop years ago, and it was worth SO little money that it was going to COST me money to get it cleaned up to a point where it was resell-able. So I still own it now..
For reference, I'm an ophthalmoc technician and the part about eyes got me keyed up. I looked up and instantly recognized a retina. I was yelling at the tv that the things you see when you put your fingers together and create a pinhole are vitreous floaters, not veins. Lasers are used to treat retinal issues in human eye health as well. By far my favorite part of the episode

@Dustin Duffy Ew! I just did it, it's real strange, put your thumb and index finger together, then put your other index finger flat against the tips of those two fingers, there's like a little triangle hole that you put right up to your eye, takes a few seconds to work

A - You do NOT approach a random injured TIGER by yourself, or at all,
B - When taking an animals' temperature, you do NOT place a thermometer in their mouth.
I might actually have some respect for this if it was somewhat accurate, but some innocent, dumb kid is going to play this and contract Rabies (and severe scars) from trying to "help" a racoon or something. This may be the first shovelware game I've seen that I believe is genuinely dangerous.

This is/was an insta-classic. I wouldn't mind if they did a part 2 some where down the line, not a whole playthrough, lord, but just a little something extra to go in some in the Best-Of's compilations down the line.
