We spend 3000 hours in a year on pillow so selecting pillow is important task for every individual.
Big question is which pillow is best for me?
Pillow which gives proper support to your
neck and head area is ideal pillow because support leads to comfort.
before selecting pillow you have to know your sleeping style.
40% people are side sleeper.If you are side sleeper than fiber pillow, convoluted contour pillow and latex pillow best.
if you are back sleeper than flat soft pillow best weather it is foam or fiber.
if you are stomach sleeper than thin pillow better fiber, memory or foam.
Special for neck pain relief convoluted contour pillow or curve pillow best , if you don't have blood circulation problem than use natural latex pillow. if you have blood circulation problem than memory foam pillow best choice.
If you want regular pillow than fiber pillow best choice because it's not too much costly and comfortable for regular use.
If you are comfortable with natural cotton pillow than don't even see other pillow. natural cotton is always better than artificial.
in market you can see snoring pillow but it's not too much effective.
