Polyester Normal fiber and Microfiber are two of the most popular types of pillow filling. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages, so it can be hard to decide which one is right for you. In this video we give comparison of the two materials to help you make a decision.
Micro fiber is made from petroleum materials .Normal fiber is made from recycled plastic bottles.
Micro fiber is very soft and comfortable, but it can be more expensive than normal polyester fiber.
Polyester Normal fiber is a synthetic material that is often used in pillows because it is soft, durable, and affordable. Micro fiber is another synthetic material that has become increasingly popular in recent years. It is made from extremely fine fibers, making it extremely soft, bouncy and comfortable.
Microfiber is a type of polyester, but it is finer and 2 times thinner than regular polyester fiber. It is also more breathable, so it will keep you cooler in hot weather.
Polyester fiber & micro fiber pillows need to be replaced every one to two years. You can Choose a different fill if you require more support for your head and neck.
Which is Better Microfiber Or Polyester?
Microfiber and polyester are both synthetic fabrics, but there are some key differences between them. Microfiber is made from extremely fine fibers of polyester, nylon, or a blend of the two fabrics. Polyester is a durable fabric that is resistant to shrinking, stretching, and wrinkles.
It also has a high resistance to color fading and mildew. Microfiber is often used in cleaning cloths because it can absorb eight times its own weight in water you can see in demo. It’s also used in upholstery, clothing, and towels because it’s so soft and comfortable.
Polyester is most commonly used in clothing because it’s strong and easy to care for. It doesn’t absorb moisture as well as microfiber, but it dries quickly.
At the end which one should you choose? Ultimately, it depends on your personal preferences. If you want a pillow that is extremely soft, bouncy and cuddly, then micro fiber may be the best option for you.
However, if you prefer a pillow that is more firm and supportive, then polyester normal fiber may be a better choice.
