I always love how shocked Londoners get when they go anywhere outside London and people actually talk to them 😂 you'd think someone is mad if a random person in the street spoke to you in London.
I think it's just an urban versus rural thing. We see similar behavior here in the US. If you're in a small town, you might end up speaking with random strangers in public, but in a big city, people tend to avoid talking to others unless it's absolutely necessary.
Northerners speaking to random strangers in London is a crime. 😊

In India, Burger King & McDonald’s pack their cold drinks in a reusable/recyclable PET container which has a screw-able cap, so the drinks almost never spill (I can only recall a handful of occasions when I received my drink spilled but that was because whoever packed my order didn’t screw the cap properly). I am surprised to know that McDonald’s (and presumably, Burger King) in the UK don’t do the same.
Anyway, I’ve been binge watching your channel the whole day and as someone who orders in food frequently, I must admit that your content is super illuminating.

I use a warm usb food mat inside a thermal bag inside the main thermal bag this keeps the food drinks warm even in -5c for well over half hour. Normally message the customer telling them as I am on a bike they think the food going be cold on arrival. This has always pleased the customer and I often get a tip 😁

@@Highvoltagedelivery I have a separate themal bag for cold food and drinks. Normally I separate drinks and food as well incase of spills.
Although it isn’t a ‘city’, I would love to see you riding around certain areas of Essex. It was my area growing up so it would be nice to see my favourite delivery driver biking around!

Newcastle is a bit of a nightmare to cover with an e-bike. So many massive hills would drain his battery and himself. Plus your bike will be nicked when you are inside McDonald’s. Source - I live there.

Looking back at your previous trip to Coventry, you worked 5 hours and made £10.64, which worked out to £2.12 per hour, so I think it's safe to say this trip was far better. You actually made £8 more this time in total. Woohoo, go you!! 😃👏👍

I think youll love deliveries in newcastle. Incredibly freindly city but its also very compact and beautiful. Lots of bridges to cross and explore around the quayside. Plus the night life is ace 👌

If Micky Dees don't address the drink spillage matter by making better packaging / introducing separate, water proof packaging for drinks, then there's an alternative:
Japan has a hanging food bag system, which allows them to deliver Ramen intact.
It's just your bag being attached from the top, instead of sitting on the back of your bike.

I am surprised that McD has not started its own delivery company or even has dark or semi-dark restaurants where only a drive-through or pick-up only

Not as much but yes, I used to go to work with my dad when we had a good relationship and when he declined orders because the shop was closed we usually never got any orders

Go to Bournemouth I used to live there and it will remind me of there. There is also a lot of blind people there so they deliver a lot because they can’t drive and it’s hard to walk. I’m partially blind and I can relate to this.

You will wish you had mudguards when it rains. Most places are more polite than London. It never used to be as bad going back 40 to 50 years ago. But another thing is now none of the youngsters talk to each other. They communicate via phones. So why would they talk to a stranger. As an old fart I reckon anyone under 50 is generally rude.

Great point, that a thermal bag is free, a normal shopping bag, is unexceptionable. The delivery companies do not want their food delivered cold, or warm. It should be a requirement on the app that you have to photo bag on logging in. Drink transportation definitely needs to be sorted, you think they would see it is to their benefit. In Canada (or at least in the city I live in) they put the drinks in a drink tray so they stay put. Ive have never gotten a spilled drink which is good. But I agree they need something better!!

So the new thing youtube is doing with ad's is really bad, I am 5 minutes into this video and had 3 ad breaks already, I know it's not your fault London Hustle, just warning you incase your viewership starts dropping you'll know it's them causing the problem and not your content which is brilliant as ever. McDonald’s drinks are awful. My last delivery my Dads’ coffee got spilt. I’ve ranted about it before on my channel. There is no excuse for such a company. I wish they gave out cans like BK and KFC. Bottles like subway. No chance of spilling.

From uber I've never really had drink spills, but I think it's because cars are making the deliveries 😅

I would love to see a bit more cities but London I got used to seeing the sites from your eyes and like you said , nice to get out and visit different places.. sorry for the writing mistakes.. just witness 2 cops shoot a baby deer on my street for fun and left it there on side of the street and drove off.. makes me sick.. sorry had to let of stem.. You can use the hand throttle as the motor is only 250W which restricts it to 15mph. This is the legal limit in the UK.
no you need to have a 250 w motor and no throttle, i dont think theres any exception.
@@TheoDaJunk There are exceptions. You can have a throttle which limits the speed to just 4mph. The other exception is if the bike was purchased before Jan 2016, and it has a full throttle control, then it is perfectly legal use to the 15mpg speed. Crazy law I know!
