Bmx is the shit. Anybody can catch a football. Very few people on the planet can jump 40 foot triples on a bycycle. Take mad disipline. And courage. And years of training to even attempt what theese guys do on their bikes daily. One day I hope bmx will be as big as ufc and conor and alise. Can earn enough to be set for life as well. =) I've raced on and off for years. Just finished building my chase. Riders ready... watch the lights......

It's been really sad to see the sport die over time I remember just starting out around 8 years ago while the NBL was predominate in the sport but ever since the ABA came with new laws every year it's less and less people signing up for the camps and races. I mean look at Woodward PA racing was what brought that place off the ground and the track is all over grown and falling apart. I really hope there's a change in the sport to bring more people to want to try it and keep this sport alive.

You're a joke if u have opinion like that..
Of course BMX had to replace some old cycling discipline on Olympics. BMX racing replaced some track cycling discipline so it's IMHO more attractive for spectators.

Freestyle is like a stage art like ballet it's no more competitive than playing skate at the park... Racing is indeed an extreme sport
