Looks delicious ❤ I believe I saved my trees when the farmer sprayed round up to close . I had to prune all the dead branches, it was a lot of work. They are now starting to bud again. I probably won’t have any figs this year.

Good job on ripening that breba. I find breba hard to judge when perfectly ripe.

Thanks. It is even harder when having only one on a tree. If you only knew how many times I check on that fig, lol. But sometimes I let the fig hang for too long and it gets spoiled.

Zarko, how does this rank among your adriatic's? I don't have this one, but am growing Strawberry Verte, Battaglia, Cosme Manyo, Ischia, AJH, and WM#1. Do you think Prociutto would add anything special to these? Thanks for the review.

I only have tasted AHJ and SW from that line up, and they are all good when perfectly ripe. You have a very nice collection there, so if your goal is to collect as many, that's fine. I still need to taste more main crop of Prosciutto to understand better its flavor, but one from last season review was excellent. Not sure if this is a variety characteristics, but my tree tends to grow slow with thinner branches so far.

I think so. Especially if you can grow it in ground.
