It's like you're moving in slow motion haha. You also spend so much time talking to us, recording your shopping cart and car, and walking back and forth through the store instead of one path
I couldn't help but get triggered. The lady should have known not to get any kind of Dairy food or drinks and have it delivered. You was taking your time though but still have nothing to do with it. You made sure you got everything she wanted on the list only for her to cancel. There's several factors these customers need to understand. 1. Driver may not know where everything is. 2. The store may be crowded. 3. Driving time also includes traffic lights and such. Long story short, they need to get their own dairy products or don't order it!
Don't let this get you down I totally understand being late is one thing but returning the items because there perishable items trust me they wasn't gonna go bad from the time she wanted them to the time you arrived.
Walmart is of it's father the Devil, you may have not optimized--but clearly you were set up into a fire and expected to overcome unrealistic requirements, which if they play up, justify the miserable compensations they dish out. I watch several drivers and unanimously I tell you Spark is the absolute worst program, the most overtly in not considering anyone as human.
