    Our minds are extremely powerful!
    I’ll never forget the anxiety and stress induced, chronic headache I had right before learning the transcendental meditation technique. Hydration, rest and advil were of no help. During my initial meditation session after learning the technique, my headache was 90% gone and improved each day.
    Meditation is medicine and I’m so happy the topic and practice is getting the recognition it deserves. Sometimes what we truly need to heal is to simply look inward.
