Hey Scrapman! How about a stealth challenge? Here’s the idea: Player 1 starts at one corner of the map and needs to reach a designated safe space on the opposite side. The other two players aim to hinder Player 1's progress and can only spawn at 2 or 3 different checkpoints around the map's perimeter. Player 1 has infinite respawns, and the fastest Player 1 to reach the safe space wins. No hogging the spawn points or the safe space is allowed. Player 1 can use a shield as a power-up, but it lasts for only 5 seconds before automatically deactivating. The challenge can be set on land, sea, or in the air. Think of it as a high-stakes game of hide and seek with strategic checkpoints and power-ups. What do you think? Maybe limit the powercore. Esentially cops and robbers
⭐⭐⭐⚫⚫ This was my first and probably last time ordering via the ScrapMail™ delivery system; The containers I ordered have been delivered recklessly, and dropped from high up damaging both the containers, and the goods inside. They were dropped off all over the deck, only a few of them made it into the dedicated loading area, and one almost slid off the ship. I ordered 14 containers, of which only 13 arrived, the 14th one had to be recovered from the water near the bay, causing delays and extra costs. A couple of steel coils in one of the containers have unwound from the damage of hitting the deck, flinging both themselves the entire container up into the air causing damage to the ship's deck. rating 3 stars because at least the delivery was very fast. 👍
Meanwhile, Back on the Carrier.... "We only ordered 2 crates, right? What on earth is going on with Jeff Bezos's drones!?!?" Also Mr. Bond is confused at how to rate his shipment. On one hand, it was handled very roughly. On the other, all of his Vesper Martinis came extremely shaken, not stirred; just like how he prefers. Definitely a service he didn't order......
Know what I like about SM and Yuzei? No one gets ridiculously salty during the competitions. They keep it fun regardless of who wins and for example here, Yuzei put a toe over the line with his ram, but it was fun and funny and then they went back to the game. No salt, a little rough-housing, but always maintain the spirit of the game. Best content.
They're super wholesome. Basically the definition of "friendly competition." I really appreciate how coming up with things to compete over is really only a vehicle to promote creative design, rather than the game serving as an avenue to just mindlessly compete. Like every day over here they've invented a brand new game, which seems far more important than being the best at any particular game, and their entire approach to playing games seems to support that.
You just got to be sponsored by these backup batteries. You show off so effectively how often they genuinely saved your recordings. Like what is this, the second or third time it made it into a video?
It"s interesting analysing why the winner won in these videos; scrapman one here because (after his modifications) he could devote more power to whatever needed doing - need to go up? All props point up. Forward? All props 45° forward. Slowing down? 45° backward. In comparison, Yuzei was more limited in his thrust position - when accelerating, rhe mini thrusters on the front were doing nothing, and he had very little upward thrust when still
Ahh... some time ago i went long AFK on my server and when i woke up, nearly all the crates from the docs were thrown under aircraft carrier 1st deck. After a couple of minutes they transported EVERY crate from the docks into the ship, they even recovered crates that sank. What a dedication!
Hey scrapman! I remember when I first watched this channel 7 years ago, I loved you content especially scrap mechanic monday where you did those gun challenges (that you usually won) and I just wanted to say thank you for playing such a big role in my childhood!
Came back to see how scarpman is doing man i remember watching your vids back when it was mainly justvscarp mechanic. You were my childhood and i thank you for that.
You should’ve finished it off with a “rob the nest” challenge where u steal the crates from the opponents pile and see who end up with more. Btw keep up the great work enjoy the videos!
I would love to see more base building challenges. Like a team of 2 build a castle that is heavily armed, with an object inside that 2 others must retrieve and take back to a designated point. Fastest time over one or multiple rounds would be the winner. Bases should be OP, but the vehicles appropriately limited in a way to make it a proper challenge.
What if instead of a race. . . this was hungry-hungry hippos meets american football? The cargo hovers in air so that it can't take fall damage. Each of you are equipped with an EMP gun. The EMP could turn off enemy magnets, giving the other players a chance to steal. There is only one cargo crate, and it's a free-for-all. First to get the crate into their "respawn zone" wins the round. Each players zone is opposite side of the map from every other players zone. Recommended for 3 players.
You don't need to rotate all propellers. And delegate roles: pair for forward/backward moving, and pair for yaw. It will be more stable, and don't lose altitude while moving.
Video idea: missiles vs base where the base has to make an Anti missiles (like the C-Ram or C-Wis in real life) while 2 people attack, basically Defenders vs Missiles
@@edgarviernes2532 the one I'm talking about is "3 airplanes vs 1 overpowered anti-air gun" from 9 months ago. While I was looking for that one I also found "who can build the best anti-missile defense system" from 6 months ago.
Might I recommend adding straight suspension with friction pads to cushion the pickup of the crate? That way you could spend a few less seconds aligning yourself and gently setting down
Day 2: Idea for Trailmakers cooperation challenge: two teams of two people each, you build a vehicle for both teams to use. One person from a team controls one half of the vehicle, and the other person controls the other half. Both people have to be pressing the shoot button to shoot. You make truly amazing content ScrapMan! Please keep your channel alive.🥺
2:01 pipe pieces are nice for being able to see the internals while building, I start with pipes and then build off from there, replaing them at the end. 8:53 wait- youre faster with the crate... 90-95 instead of 73! 20:34 FNAF music box noise start playing:
What might be cool is a reverse version jenga blocks with the crates, they both build drones and take turn stacking the crates up, first one to nock it over loses. Or they could do it as a timer and to see who can stack them higher before the timer runs out.
I wonder when Scrapman will remember that Quantum Rudders are the part that will basically resolve all the problems he's having with inertia. They do work in atmosphere and they've been the kind of go to for space. He's basically got a "space" problem and he's trying to overlogic a solution to do the same thing a single part will............ Scrapman, next challenge ONLY use Quantum Rudders as your controls. I think with enough of them oriented in various directions and configurations, you probably could make a Quantum Rudder powered vehicle (as in propulsion and steering is all done solely with the rudders.) Maybe that's what you need to get back into the mindset that those things still exist.
I have a couple of ideas: 1: Overpowered Hydrofoil/Supersonic Hydrofoil 2: A mechanical siphonophore anyway just some things I think would be cool to see :)
Idea: Freight Port Challenge: Everyone makes a land vehicle transporting the containers to the docks, and then a cargo ship taking it to the carrier. The one with the most transported in 15 minutes wins! 🚢
Suggestion: VTOL dogfight. The requirement is that your creation needs to be able to take off vertically and hover. Outside of that, you could go for something like a Harrier Jumpjet if you want speed, a drone if you want agility, or a helicopter if you want a blend of the two. Additionally, the fight should take place somewhere with terrain to weave between and duck through and under, since that will allow agility builds to be viable rather than allowing speed builds to automatically dominate.
If it wouldn't take so long to figure out, I would *love* to see a "logic battle". Where you build vehicles that move and attack via logic, so you watch from the sidelines.
You can do a similar challenge but just stack the containers on either side of the ship to start then steal them back and forth. Confined space means way more chaos and the the builds could focus on more burst power than long range stability. Also if there are even numbers of crates on both sides and one extra in the middle then the winner is easy to figure. This concept is like reverse crossfire (the game from the 90s with little ball shooters). Melee should be a no brainer but with the small arena probly no guns.
It would be cool to have a team race where 1 person drives a car and the other person has to fly a drone through a course and they meet up at 1 point where the drone picks up the car and takes it to another area/island. And then weitch roles.
I think it would be cool to see you do this again with 4 people. 2 teams. one retrieves crates while your teammate interferes to make the other team fall in the water
They don't do performance glitches in their competitions. Stuff that is aesthetic and looks cool is ok, but stuff like no drag and other performance enhancing glitches are a no go.
This was a cool concept, but you could add more value to the challenge. not only could it be a race to see who gets the most, you could give the different color crates their own values. ex. (red: 1, blue: 2, orange: 3) etc. that way its a strategic race of going for higher values or what's closest to grab
*Challenge Idea* Add emps and compete over a single crate to get it to your respective landing pad. Like a ball game, but with a crate instead of a ball.
Hey Scrapman Vid idea!! You and 3 other people do a challenge where there are two teams, on each team one player builds a transport truck or plane and the other builds an escort vehicle. The two teams will then compete against each other by having both transporters pick up barrels and carrying them to a location and having the escort vehicles either guard their transport or attack the other teams' transport. The team with the most barrels after 3 minutes wins. (Stealing barrels would make it much more interesting).
Honestly would have been fun to see you just go for getting all containers (including any dropped midway, like after Yuzei's foul play), instead of timed, so you would have to fight over the last few ones
Hey this could be a good build for evolution. Basically everyone builds a transport with limited power cores and needs to pick up and bring back the most crates, BUT they must be returned neatly stacked (within the panted box and stacked). After a specified time the winners vehicle is copied, improved and the time limit is increased. I'm unsure if there is any way of resetting the crates spawn points other than a map reload. Human Guided missile interception! One player runs away in a vehicle, second player tries to chase them with a slower, bigger missile, and the third player tries to blow up the big missile before it hits the first player! The winner is who can blow up player 1 fastest
You should so a gamemode where each player has a certain amount of crates, and the goal is to steak enemy crates and take them to your goal. Whoever has the most crates in the end wins. Edit: they can steal back crates. Use a timer like 5:00 minutes or so to make it a challenge.

I think you should have done 2 modes, one with thrust vectoring for fine-tuning, and tilting your whole creation after you already got the crate to go faster
This was idea is good but you should have it that the drone physically needs to grab and pick up the object and each stage the object gets harder to pick up
Scrapman, i dont know if you noticed while playing but your top speed was 73MPH but when you picked up a crate you were going 94MPH which doesnt make sence so maybe you should make a video testing something with magnets and crates
how about a cargo battle ? each team has one person in a fighting craft and one in a craft to carry shipping containers. when you crash or go into the water you have to respawn. there is a timer and whoever brings the most crates to their drop zone winds
I legit thought the video was glitching out or something at his first attempt to take off, as nothing was happening, for a bit, not even camera movement or anything xD
Because his rotors were a fixed angle, only a certian power level was needed and used for maintaining height, and that capped how much foward speed could be used. More weight meant more power level was used to maintain height, corresponding with an increase in foward speed. In conclusion, the rotors weren't rotated far enough for quick unloaded travel.
Thought of another idea for human guided missile challenge and this will be interesting so something like this where a vehicle has to take containers except they get infinite respawns it’s a race to see who could get passed the waves of missiles if you can get a fourth I would even suggest teams with a gunner and a driver
I fell like to make the 45 degree flying better you could have Kept the middle prop always faceing up when carrying, and same manuveurability when not carrying
stackingh challenge, split teh containers evenly between you and stack them on eachother using the drone, whoever stacks all of theirs first wins, or whoever gets the most before the stack falls over wins, round two: you have to alternate the containers by 90 degrees to eachother as you stack them.
Hey Scrapman! How about a stealth challenge? Here’s the idea: Player 1 starts at one corner of the map and needs to reach a designated safe space on the opposite side. Yeah, capped out at 73 in the race, did 95 with the container.
There's a really simple explanation if you want to know.
Yuzui noted that he was going faster when carrying the container also.

I think the fins add to the initial boost when going forward it kinda looks like a quick swim
I fell like to make the 45 degree flying better you could have Kept the middle prop always faceing up when carrying, and same manuveurability when not carrying
9:54 Next video idea?
What about doing the same thing but with the explosive barrels? :)
stackingh challenge, split teh containers evenly between you and stack them on eachother using the drone, whoever stacks all of theirs first wins, or whoever gets the most before the stack falls over wins, round two: you have to alternate the containers by 90 degrees to eachother as you stack them.
Hey Scrapman I think the discription is a bit off there. just letting you know!
Lol
Reminds me of the main campaign :)
18:44 Thats becouse You also kept your thrust tilted back 18:32
"why is this not taking off? Oh wait they're upside down😑"
I was going to suggest a stacking contest with these drones until your boxes starting glitching on their own..
Three power core dog fighting that’s before guns added
scrapman you used the realistic dogfighting description lol
