If you don't know how to do it. Don't try to do it instead of doing more damage. Each machine has its own size, please show the shopkeeper and ask for the same size.

Mery drill machine ka yahi sparking wala masla hy. Armature saaf kar k dekha lekin same proble. Or aik mint me armature dobara osi tarah ganda ho jata hy

change carbon brush. agar phir bhi same problem ha to armature ke winding (slightly)short h.

Tnx for reply. Carbon brushes change karny ki try ki. Lekin same size k bush ni mil rahy. Ya os se choty hy ya os se bary.. Kia bushes ki koi modification ho skti hy? Ya different size use ho skty hy??

ager thickness mn issue ha to by using sandpaper adjusts according to required size.

Jab blower on karon tu us main se dhowan /smoke niklny lagty hai any solution??

frist you need to change carbon brushes, also clean armature (with the help of sand paper).

@@Multiprojectsofficial thank you, my second blower is not sparkling now, i hv cleaned armature, then less spark then i changed carbon, then approximately no spark now, thanks. Will check smoke issue again of my first blowet and will share with u.

Make sure your brush and commutator connect properly. if your problem not fix then change that brush.

Air blowers or any applications should never use universal motors.

Why not?....even reputable brands like Bosch, Stanley etc use universal motors...are they wrong!....What is the alternative?

@@ameyas7726 Well, they can can be used, some have soft carbon brushes, some have hard carbon brushes, but soft carbon brushes are way better because they have less friction when in contact with the commutator rings, I assume that universal motor is perfect for drills, saws, and many other applications, especially washing machines, but in washing machines, the motor sounds so whiny, it whines like a child who throws a temper tantrum while screaming, and that might be still fine, if the motor has soft brushes, it'll be much more quieter, at least Miele washer has a quiet brushed motor, which doesn't get louder, whether Miele spins at 1400rpm, or 1600rpm, and washers with brushless motor do exist, such as Beko, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Bosch, and more, I found universal motor to be decent you know, Lesics shall have never said that universal motor shouldn't be used for applications that demand long life and reliability, and yet universal motor can still last 10 years, so universal motors can be actually used for applications that demand long life, as long as they have good carbon brushes, my Vestel washer is 5 years old and it's motor never started sparking, it's motor is so strong that it's motor doesn't spark, it's not normal for universal motors to spark, they need carbon brushes that are soft, and don't cause sparking.
