Hi Goma adding a drop of vinegar or lemon juice or two makes your soup much more delicious just to perk up the taste of your pork spare ribs! Mas lami pa gyud truly😂 that's our secret in pork soup❤
Traditional talaga ang pork spare ribs sa pork sinigang, cut up in one to two inch pieces for easy eating. My favorite addition too is gabi or taro to give the broth thickness (malapot) . Sometimes I'll use pork or beef pata for the collagen if available kasi dito sa Texas may kahirapan bilhin itong exotic meat cuts. I totally approve of your expertise in the kitchen. Kaya your fans are loyal.

I would drain the water off the pan and replace it with boiling water Para siguradong malinis and clear ang soup.
