Great videos ans channel. Id like to know how you rotate your wrists. In a zero movemente or down and up, only wrist or wrists and forearms? thank you.
I recognize several moves in this video from your previous video, “Top 5 Skills for Beginners.” Everything (The Skier, Bell, Straddle, X-Motion and Heel Jumps) with the exception of Scissors. Which I have been practicing these moves every weekend. Your new video looks an excellent next step as it builds and expands on your Beginner Video. I am sure you keep a full schedule, but thank you for taking the time to make instructional videos like this. The attention to detail you put into these does not go unnoticed. Even though you’re a world class athlete, it is appreciated you take the time to also be a teacher. Bottom line, Nice video and I’m looking forward to trying out the six new(to me :-) ) movements and workout. -Anthony Fucello II
Thanks so so much for this feedback! I really appreciate it. Hopefully this is a workout that turns into a warm up as you get these new skills down 😉 Looking forward to seeing what you think about more content! Thanks, Anthony!
@@ToriBoggsJumpRope This routine as a warmup is now a goal of mine, thank you for the idea. I will definitely be working towards that. So far the longest amount of time I have continuously jumped is 7-minutes. Once again thank you for putting this video together, it will be my "Step 2" after I finish your, "Top 5 Skills for Beginners" video. As for future content, if you are asking just some random ideas: I. Maybe how you setup your jump routines? For example by sets of eight counts, etc. II. What is a Jump Completion like? Rules, Judging, Different Divisions, Federations. etc. III. What other training complements Jumping Rope?
I love the joy you bring everytime you jump rope it just gives me more extra motivation to work even harder as a whole and I think you are amazing how old were you when you first started doing jump roping and who taught you?🤔
Intermediate . Basic releases . How to sustain the crossovers for long periods of time . How to do double unders continuously . I can do one then i have to go back to regular jumping . Also what rope rotating mechanism do you suggest ? The rope i currently use has ball bearings and is pretty terrible . ( dont give me the link to your website , i live halfway across the world )
This didnt look so bad when i watched it, then i tried it, you were not correct on execise #6 ...you said we would not be seeing the booty kick again, I promptly had my booty kicked for the remaining 6 parts ....... nice workout!!
@@ToriBoggsJumpRope I have basically commented enjoyed your video content and your jump roping overall and I hope I can learn more about it soon you are very inspirational by the way.😁

Thanks so much, Walt! Let me know how it goes if you try this one out 💪🏼
Are the brooks running style sneakers better than flat high top boxing shoes for jump roping?
