Brizy is only interesting after paying a lot, btw it's extremely slow on the real internet. Probably only if you pay enough it's slightly faster, maybe Gutenberg is the best.

From which page builder you have created website
Changes you make to the mobile version won't effect tablet or desktop. You should check & adjust each Brizy block for devices as you build them.
