Nice trades!!! Hope Abby feeling better! It was really cool to see how you resurface disc. I would buy all those games if Nintendo made them. They all sound amazing. That is a good idea. Why hasn't Animal Crossing put Zelda items In the game. It would make sense and be more amazing. I would want a Mario zombies hack and slash game like Mario meets left 4 dead/ Resident Evil type game. Be called Mario Slasher: The World of the Dead. It's all I could think of. You all rock! I'm not going to lie - I'm jealous of that ECO Master. Right now it's a struggle trying to get an ECO Autosmart for our shop.
I definitely feel your pain. I eventually ended up going direct with ELM and picking up a new machine last month. I originally decided on a refurbished model, but there was a 2 month wait and they dropped the price to only $500 more for a new one, so it was kind of a no brainer.

The project could be integrating an animated DJ on the double jump video games website,it would be cool if you made a “Customer Picks” with an animated DJ giving a shout-out to customers first names and what they liked about the games,if customers leave feedback on the site.I love you DJVG crew and peeps.

I feel like the secret project might be linked with the website somehow. Maybe a virtual e shop attached to the shop? Enter the store like a video game/vr and interact with products and see live stock in real time.

5:07 That medal of honor GBA game is definitely a bootleg cartridge. You can tell from how imprecise the outline is in the "Game Boy Advance" etched plastic at the top.

You guys busting out some NFTs or something? The way you guys talk about this secret is making me think that. That's a pretty nice disc machine. I have a few rare games like Rule of Rose that have some scracthes that I can't bring myself to take into a store to get buffed. I'm too paranoid to let them touch the machines stores have around here.

I didn't say anything before but the big secret is that you are having a Double Jump video game made and you play as DJ. There, now I said it and we can all move on with our lives.
My ultimate crossover game would be the exploration, character recruitment and random encounter turn-based combat of the first two Suikoden titles combined with the larger scale perma-death tactical battles of a Fire Emblem (making a game that uses both forms of combat). If anyone ever made that I wouldn't have to play anything else.

They get an employee discount, but not a trade in bonus.
At 5:06 to 5:07, Medal of Honor Underground for the GBA. The Cartridge does not look authentic. I think it's a bootleg cartridge. The "Game Boy Advance" font is popping out and looks different from a normal cartridge. Also the code "AGB-AMHE-USA" is the code for Bomberman Max 2 Blue Advance". I believe the Medal of Honor underground code should be: "AGB-AUGE-USA". Not an expensive game, just wanted to share some knowledge.
I'll have to double check when I'm back at the store. I didn't do that trade, and I didn't look closely since its MOH lol

Do you resurface the games you only sell for $2? It may make more sense to do since you have the ECO Master, but would you have cleaned them if you only had the ECO AutoSmart, since the time and effort really isn't worth it? Or do you just not take in cheap games if they need to be resurfaced?
We resurface any game we take in that needs it, regardless of price. Cost wise it might not make a lot of sense, but having every game out on our shelves be in good condition is the best thing we can do to instill confidence in our customers that any game they buy from us will be in good working order.
Just curious, why do you resurface every disc, even if it doesn't always need it. This may be just me, but I will always choose a non resurfaced disc to add to the collection over a resurfaced disc, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Unless of course it really needs it. I guess it may not matter as much for common, newer stuff, but I get really particular about things such as Gamecube that's a lot harder to come by. I guess you can't be too picky nowadays...
We don't resurface games that don't need it. We go through them all to separate out ones that don't need it. Honestly with higher end machines like the ones we use, you can't tell if its been resurfaced or not.

We got ours refurbished, and it was roughly $8,000
