My son was born 5 weeks early, he was in kidney failure. After he was in NICU, he came hone. We did dialysis at hone and he was transplanted at 10 months! He is in his 30's now and still going strong. Thank you God!
My daughter just had her first baby 6 weeks ago born at 25 weeks and weighing at 15 oz due to severe growth restriction so this really hits home for me. She is doing amazing so far and even breathing on her own! God is great!!! Bless you and your little miracle!
May Abba Father [God] bless and keep you and your family, Sweet Baby. ❣👶❣ And give you His Peace. And fortitude for your mama to take care of you. ❣🤱❣ May you grow from strength to strength. ❣❣❣❣
This is why I am so thankful for modern medicine. There would be no way this little boy would have survived without it. My daughter was also a NICU baby, so I understand how painful the journey is. But it makes me forever grateful that we the technology to give these precious babies a fighting chance.
Beautiful! A true blessing. I wish medicine was this far advanced 39 years ago when I lost my baby at 20 weeks gestation. The pain never goes away. I had a daughter at 24 weeks they gave her less than a 50% chance of survival and she’s 42, owns her own business and has a son of her own. I cried happy tears seeing this! Many years of love and blessings to your family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
So sorry for your loss, but thank you for sharing about your daughter and grandson. We are thankful for the providers and researchers working hard every day to advance care!
I can't even imagine going through such a trying time with my baby. I know it must've been so tough. I didn't experience this, but as a mother, I empathize. So glad this baby is happy and healthy today. God bless a medical staff who cares so deeply.❤
My grandaughter was born at 25 weeks, unbelievably tiny, the staff were incredible and the treatments worked like a charm. Apart from slowing of her heart, amazingly she had no serious problems. She is now a very healthy and active 14 year old.
I love 💗 this! My granddaughter (foster still) is 16 month now. She was born at 24 weeks. She’s had the eye surgery, heart surgery, plus monitor, the oxygen and feeding tube. She is basically 95% good. She’s sensitive to food texture. But what a miracle!!! My daughter and son-in-law are super hero’s for fostering ❤ and what a commitment!!!
Bless you Henry! Bless the hearts of all of the doctors, nurses, technicians and support staff who care for these precious babies and their families!💕🇨🇦
I cried when the NICU doctor said ‘We love Babies’ . In this world of ‘pro- choice’ this is a breath of fresh air. As the mom of a 26 week old preemie born in 1979 at 1000 gm, I know all too well the struggle the parents and the little ones go thru. These babies want to live! They fight with all their strength for every breath and every milestone. Blessings to the babies, the parents and the medical team ! 🙏🙏🙏🌹
Pro choice saved my life to be able to have another chance to have a baby... So.... I wish you'd have an open heart to remember that mothers lives also matter when pregnancy is life threatening
I am fond of babies... don't have words to say how beautiful they are ❤ and the happiness that I get to see them bring joy to my heart.. I have a beautiful daughter.. she is now 8 months
@@karenrt8076 I will have to agree with you there as a religious person. I do believe it’s also the efforts of everyone who has a job in helping the baby, and sometimes god has other plans for these infants. I do believe praying can help bring you slightly closer to an infants safety, but since we cannot control fate no matter how much we do pray, it’s really a sign of faith that’ll make whatever comes to you easier, whether it is the loss of your baby or bringing the baby home. The best to do is be thankful for what you do have/any other bad thing that hasn’t happened, and, if you do, be thankful you have another chance to have a child again (sorry if that sounds weird or if you misunderstood anything sometimes I find it hard to word things)
Thanking the Lord for this beautiful boy! Thank you to the medical staff for their loving care. 💜 it takes a village so I want to acknowledge all staff at Stanford for the important part they play in giving families hope and encouragement! You are truly amazing. 💜
1:46 What a wonderful sign, explaining what all of those tubes and lines are for. My SIL had a couple of premmies and a micropremmie as well. It was such an overwhelming, scary place for them in those early days. I don't know why exactly, but that picture really touched me deeply.
Its the first time that i ever comment in youtube and this video made me write down that i am wishing the best for Henry, all babies and kids in the world be healthy and happy and a huge respect for the doctors and medical staff every where in the world.Saving the life of a single baby you give hope to this world that suffers alot.Love and protect your kids.
Che bello! Baby sta bene! Non vi conosco, non so dove state, ma sono tanto tanto contenta per voi. Il personale sanitario è stato meraviglioso e ha curato benissimo il bebè. Buona vita!❤

God is so good! I am so happy He chose to send you to a hospital where the medical staff were well trained. Such a precious baby. God be with you and bless you all the days of your life----and may you dwell in the House of the Lord forever!!
Nicu baby mom here, I gotta give it to the medical staff, they do so much to save our children. It’s the worst thing having your baby go to NICU instead of home 😢
I love reading about micro-preemies who do so well. My granddaughter was born by c-section due to severe pre-eclampsia. She was 9 weeks early but only 1 lb. 13 oz. She is another miracle baby. She is now six years old and very healthy with no problems connected to being so little and early. But I will never forget how scary it was; all the pacing and praying we did in the waiting room, and it was a shock when I saw her for the first time, so red and almost translucent, hooked up to so many tubes and wires. It's unbelievable what doctors and nurses can do now in these amazing NICUs!

I can understand the panic situation how the parents go through 😔 even my baby took birth at 30 weeks with the weight of 1200 gm.. we spend 37 days in the hospital away from my son.. my husband was totally 💔.. there was no hope 😢 bus god is great he gave strength to my baby to fight for his every breath & now he is 7 years old.. thank u god & also very thank ful to the doctors & medical team god bless all & god bless Henry 😊
Miracle do happens... So happy for you and little henry... I went through somewhat miraculous experience too... After 10 years of delay we planned baby... Within a month of planning I was pregnant. In early pregnancy I was diagnosed with preeclampsia... At 36 weeks I went to have c section (she was breech) In the middle of surgery I had a heart attack... I just wanted to see her atleast once before going... I thought this was the fate. Finally I was able to see her after 24 hours.... Now she is turning 6 months old in few days... 😊 Life is weird
My daughter gave birth to premature twins , baby A weight 12ozs baby B weight 12 3/4 oz and today they are in their twenties and have kids of their own it’s amazing how far we’ve come.🤗🥰
I made it to 30 & 2, after my waters broke at 29 & 2. My daughter was born 1220gm. She is a happy, healthy 9 year old now and I’d like to give a call out to King Edward Memorial Hospital and my wonderful favourite nurse Breda.
I'm a mama with IC too. I had my oldest son at 21+6 weeks but he measured 22+ weeks. The refused to stop my labor and I wasn't a candidate for a cerclage due to chorio infection and placental abruption. They refused my son son life, they refused to let the NICU try and save him. He lived for 27 minutes and then passed.

I lost my son at 22 weeks 5 days they didn’t even give him a chance but that was 20 years ago. I begged to be sent to a bigger hospital my labour stalled after my water broke instead of seeing that as a chance to send me there they gave me pitocin instead. It forever scarred me as a person and as a woman.
I am sorry for ur loss. They did the same to me at 26wks 1day. Instead of giving me steroids to help develop her lungs they started pitocin and basically told me there was no hope. She lived for an hour and 42 min. She went peacefully on my chest. They refused to take her to NICU. Refused to do any life saving procedures on her. I still wish I would have worked thru my grief and sued maybe I could have helped other families in the same situation. But no amount of anything was going to bring her back. I just wanted to be left alone I felt as if my body had failed her. But now 1qlmost 15 years later, I have two amazing sons who keep me going daily. God has our babies up there and keeps them safe until we can see them again ❤

This has nothing at all to do with being pro choice. This was a much wanted baby who lived because of modern medicine.

And also modern medicine contribute a lot nowadays
This is why, life is life. BABIES ARE ABORTED AT THIS AGE.
Bless little Henry. A true gift from God ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Doctors, nurses, and science saved this baby. A baby born this early would never have survived without a NICU, no matter how much anyone prayed.
Agree 100% its disgusting to think some one could dismember and murder a baby this tiny and perfect
