The cuffs, I had no idea how much stronger I would feel, prior my bench was stuck around 235, I hit 255 last night which is a new PR, my deadlift also went up and the accessory work went smoother. Brian, Glad to see your new gym is almost complete. With WSM coming up really soon you should hire out the entire move, there is no reason risking getting injured. If you are not doing it for training Brian you really shouldn't lift anything over 20lb just to be safe. I am looking forward to seeing you win your 5th WSM title this year. Good luck.
This mans gym is large I could literally fit 3 of my current homes inside of it, foundation and all, and still have enough room leftover for my measly heavy bag and shrug bar and a studio audience to laugh at me. And for once I'm not jealous cause this is straight awesome and Brian seems like a legitimate good dude
It really is amazing to see the jump cut. Whenever you look at only the frame of the building in the first and second video, it's hard to see the actual dimensions of the rooms. Now I can say that yes, it is really big. Can't wait to see the next part.
Brian's physical movements have changed, he moves more and more fluid movements. Much faster movements too. Before he was always so stiff and slow moving. I wonder if he has added much better stretching and a inflammation inhibitor to his diet. He looks ready for title #5 !!!!!
Make sure you have the propane shut off to your forklift, the inspector may have a cow. It’s either gas/ diesel or gas/diesel/propane can’t be use in a concealed area due to emissions or some thing like that
Brian Shaw has 4 separate training days. On Monday he trains his squat and performs different accessory exercises for his lower body. On Tuesday he trains the overhead press and performs different accessory exercises for his shoulders, chest and triceps. On Thursday he trains the deadlift and performs different upper back accessory exercises. Finally on Saturday Brian Shaw trains the strongman events such as the super yolk, log press and atlas stones. This is Brian’s most important training day Brain Shaw uses the spider bar and the cambered squat bar for similar reasons: they are easier on his shoulders and help him strengthen his upper and lower back

I hope you prewired for a badass sound system. They also make some good looking sound attenuation panels which you may need with your current wall coverings. Mirrors ? Turf area ?
I wouldn't have used metal sheet for the walls and ceiling. I know its probably the most durable thing but I would have went for some kind of acoustic control surface. Keep the noise down for filming.

The build is going well, but I notice very few electric outlets in the walls. I designed my house some years back, and every day I regret not doubling the population of electric outlets throughout the place. Telephone jacks, too, although modern life calls for cell phones.
