What a beautiful video...although this may sound like an abhorrent question too ask...how to old ppl feel about volunteering their time working in a cemetary...when they are close or near too being in one??
I think that, actually, they mostly feel that they are being of service to those that are buried in the cemetery, and they feel some comfort from thinking that someone may take care over whatever place they may end up also. The feelings of melancholy and love are definitely both present for volunteers, though. This is discussed further in the full-lenght documentary. Not sure where you are located, or if you are interested, but there may be a screening in late April in Sacramento.
