there are so many Viva apps, is there a place where we can find an adoption plan considering the maturity level of the company?

Every single Viva product is so half-cooked. Could have easily just been 2-3 well rounded products as part of the M365 ecosystem but no Microsoft got to farm those social media videos and give every tiny bit of functionality its own brand. You need to modernise the design of all of this as the Amplify pages look and feel terrible.
