Hi, I wanna add a forum feature to my local business. I'm considering whether or not Viva Engage would work in this regard. What would the difference be between viva engage and having themed facebook groups?
I would probably use Facebook as Engage is more generally used as an internal or B2B social community tool than external facing. I think it depends on your type of business and how your customers like to communicate, Facebook is familiar to lots of people, but Engage is also pretty easy to pick up.
Can we integrate with other platforms, for example Culture amp? Culture amp has a recognition integration with teams, however we would prefer to use this in Yammer, is this possible?
