On New Years Day 2018 Brandon walked up to the counter of a cafe I worked at in Honolulu. My mouth dropped and I stuttered as I took his order. I was freaking out internally, but 😢I didn’t want to fan girl because he was on vacation with his family. I apologized for my nervousness explaining I was just a big fan. He was so nice and and offered to take a picture with me. I was so thankful because i never would have asked. I lost the pic on an old phone, but the memory of this moment is enough for me. Meeting him had been on my bucket list since Hot Fuss dropped. Such a down to earth guy. The Killers will forever be my favorite band. ❤

It’s probably my favorite Killers song, too, but it’s so hard to really pick one. It ain’t hard to hold, when it shines like gold, you’ll remember me. I get chills every time. And I just love all the desert references.

Lovely story of how Brandons Mum took her grandmother Dixie in to live with them when he was 6 yrs old. She arrived with a piano and that's how Brandon started playing.

I love the interview with Brandon and Dawkins. Dawkins is so level, doesn't take it personal, highly intelligent and so quick thinking, yet objective and logical. Respect to Dawkins.

It’s interesting to hear Zane say “You can’t be yourself on stage.” Not sure if I agree with that. Of course on stage is an embellished, amplified version. But I respect artists who go on stage as themselves and just play great music just as much as I respect the ones who are really performative and in character.

A friend introduced me to The Killers in early 2008, 16 years old last year of high school and we both shared a mutual love for Sam’s Town.
We used to spend most nights on MSN talking about the songs we were listening to and what we liked. Unfortunately for me later that year my Dad died on Christmas Day, all I wanted to do was distract myself, speak to my friend about the killers made that period of my life truly memorable.
15 years later my friend is now my wife and we are expecting our first baby this year, we’ve been to watch The Killers 4 times, watched Brandon’s Solo tour a couple of times and we’ve loved every minute of it together.
    Thanks Guys, especially you Brandon.
    Your Faithfully

The Cars, an all time favorite for me personally, the reason I wanted to become and editor and vfx compositor. The Killers became the hand off from them and their wonder to what the Killers are today. Fitting that Brandon welcomed them to the HOF. Love it.
