They toured for about 2 solid years after the last album, Battle Born, came out, and now are taking a break. But Brandon has said that he has so many songs in him that he needed to write and record some of them or else he'd go into the next Killers' album with 60-70 songs. So this way, he can write and record some himself and then go to work on the next Killers album.

Nic Harcourt seems like a relatively intelligent person. How he could fail to point out the irony of someone claiming that Brandon Flowers is not good looking or “sexy” enough is beyond me. His looks transcend any era.
