for the first que, how i look at it as a student is I have made a belief or habit of being the person who i want to be on the exam day, thus i am always living that day, each day I have to give 100 percent. Thats the way which makes it easier to handle such thoughts.
JUST KEEP GROWING, ITERATION AFTER ITERATION, TILL YOU GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUSELF.
