wouldnt ghalta, jinnie, and ojer taq make 45 dogs? cause ghalta triggers makes 5 vampires, ojer sees this and triples it to fifteen, Ben decides to make those fifteen into dogs instead of vamps with jinnie, and ojer, seeing a new ability making tokens, triples it again? wouldnt change the outcome but would have been death on attack declaration
No, you only apply each replacement effect once per effect. Ojer replaces the token creation for triple the amount, then Jinnie replaces the tokens by dogs, and that's it. Replacing the vampire tokens by dog tokens doesn't suddenly make it a new effect that Ojer would see again.

Replacement effects can only affect an event once. You apply Jinnie’s replacement effect to replace a Treasure with a Dog, then Ojer Taq’s ability will replace that Dog with triple that many. Also, Ojer Taq can only double creature tokens, so it can never apply to the Treasures on their own.
Kind of a nombo Blake did with Decree of Pain and Void Walker.... He would only draw 1 card for Voidwalker, everything else gets exiled instead so the dies triggers doesn't happen :(

and at the end of the episode... at least one person learned you should pay 2 if there are creature tokens made and an impact tremors on board.
