Hi Gayle. I so look forward to your daily videos. Regarding your visitation. My husband of 30 years passed away suddenly 8 years ago. He, too, came to visit in a lucid dream. I even smelled his after shave and felt him wrap his arms around me. When I reached out to touch his hand, he disappeared. It's only happened once, but was remarkable. I so miss him...every second of every day. Much love 💘

Good Morning Gayle, that was a lot fun, its amazing what we can do with scrapes.
Gayle I was told afew years ago, by a priest, that sometimes people that pass on come to us in our dreams. Usually it's when having a problem or just need comfort, I truly believe that. I hope this adds alittle comfort to you, big hugs :)

Gayle you never cease to amaze me how you take little bits of this and that and create such beautiful ephemera! I believe when we dream about those that have passed they are letting us know how much they loved us. Still in the single digits for highs here. Next week it’s to warm up and I can’t wait! Have a blessed day!

What a gift to receive….a visit from your Sister. It refreshes the soul hearing and seeing them so clearly. Those dreams are so real and they warm the heart. I had one the other day trying to teach Ma how to use a smart phone….📱🤳 not and easy task!! She passed on 30 years ago…sweet visit and I wish I could have those every night. 💤💤💤💤💤💤. HAPPY FRIDAY!!! 😁💕

Exactly - yes! Like a visitation! I’ve never told anybody that’s exactly how I feel when I’ve dreamt about my parents or someone else close to me who have passed away, and I’ve never heard anyone else say this, so thank you! The weird thing is, they never speak, they just appear very briefly, looking at me, then I wake up. I always wake up, and I’m so disappointed cause I had so much I wanted to say. But at the same time, it feels so good to have seen them again!

Good morning, Gayle. It's always so fun to see what you discover in your wonderful craft things and you always make such great pieces for your journals. It's so comforting when a loved one visits in your dreams. It's like a warm hug from them. Enjoy watching your granddaughter's game with Mike.

Good morning, Gayle. I wish there was a love button instead of just a like button. I sit and watch in awe as you pull together seemingly non related items into beautiful cohesive pieces. You are truly an artist.
As for the visitation from your sister, I have had those from my mom, my brother and my nephew. They seem so real and I wake up feeling such a sense of comfort. It doesn’t happen often but boy do I love when it does. It was fun to hear you talk about your mom and her what nots. My mother had lots of little sayings and I do love it when I hear them from one of the kids in our family. It means she is still with us to me. Anyway, thank you for always brightening my day. 💜

I think loved ones visit us in our dreams to let us know they're ok and just to check on us and let us know they are still with us.. I'm 45 and 13 years ago my little sister, 29 at the time passed away after getting pneumonia. She was home bound due to health issues and we spent every day together most of our lives.. she was my best friend and I miss her so much.. she's always in my heart and my dad as well who passed away 3 years ago.. we carry them with us everywhere we go and in everything we do..❤❤❤

My youngest brother passed at 6 and I was nine. He comforted me when I needed him a couple times. After my daughter passed we were at Disney as a family and her youngest was walking around with her arm up. When we asked why she said she was holding mommies hand. She also said her told me to watch for ladybug his and give butterfly kisses. This was something I told my daughter at her oldest child's birth. I believe Every time a ladybug or butterfly lights on us they're sent by my daughter. Positive Vibes & Huge HUGS! Namesta🐞🐞🐞

❤the ephemera! My mom told me “I’ve got to go now” when she passed. My brothers thought I was nuts🤪. My daughter came home from the doctor and said the doctor told her because of all her health problems she might have a hard time conceiving a baby. That night I had a dream where I opened a door and my mom, my sister, my favorite aunt and my cousin who I was very close to, all who had passed were in the room with a bunch of faceless people and noise. I asked what they were doing and they said, having a baby shower for Megan. I told them that Megan might not be able to have children and they all laughed and said, oh silly girl! Well my grandson is almost ten months old now. 😂❤

Love your ability to see and use what is in front of you to make such beautiful pieces, Gayle! Your visit with your sister is tender to hear about and embrace as a ‘norm” of life… what a great reminder for me that those we love are also “here” with us and we can enjoy their presence as we take a moment to open our eyes and hearts to the treasures that are tucked in proverbial tins on our shelves of the secret place of the most high. ❤

Good Saturday afternoon Gayle! Catching up on missed videos. I love the bee tags you made off camera! My favorite of the day was also the bank envelope, stunning! I bet your visit with your sister was uplifting. Years ago, I lost a baby I was carrying, my Dad came to me about 6 months later in a dream. He was holding my baby, his granddaughter and said she was safe with him. ❤It was such a comforting feeling when I woke up. I have visits with many of my lost loved ones. It is a blessing. I hope to catch up on scrappy Saturday now! 😊

I love forgotten friends Friday. Listening to you speak of your mom and 'what nots' reminded me of mine. Growing up she had my dad put this small shelf up on the wall and she called it a what not. I must have looked puzzled because she said it was called that because she could put her ornaments and 'what nots' there, so us kids didn't mess with them or break them. Dad ended up buying her a cabinet because everything ended up on the 'what not'. 😂 thankyou for the memory. ❤❤xx

I love when you just start using up the bits and pieces that are sitting right in front of you to create things that you will be using for your journals. I know it's so easy to put things to the side and forget that you put them there in another spot so you have to go through and refile periodically. By the way I'm a 74 graduate from high school also. But our town is so small that we don't have a particular year class reunion. We have all class reunions. I've been thinking about going down for the next one since it will be my 50th year reunion. I know there are still some people that are in our small mining town that went to school with me so it would be interesting to talk to them. Mostly I need to just wait and see what the weather is going to be where I live because we get a lot of winter weather also.

Hi Gayle. I just had chance to watch this video and again while thoroughly enjoying another video, I was moved by your visitation dreams. I truly believe these are visits from passed loved ones and call them my 'Angel Visits'. I have had many over the years and I can still recall them as vividly as I did when I awoke from them. I always awaken with moist eyes, a smile in my heart and say, "thank you for the visit." Have a great weekend and looking forward to next videos!!

I would love to have a day in your craft room, picking out things for a journal that I could make. I love all your videos and spending time with you, I can’t think of a better way to start my day than spending a hour with you. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day. I hope you and Mike enjoy watching your Granddaughter’s game. Take care my dear friend and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow and what you might be up to.

I have dreams like that. I lost my sister to cancer in 2015, my mom unexpectedly in 2016 and my dad in 2020. I love when I have a good dream about one of them.
My mom used to say when she found a penny on the ground it was my Nonnie (her mom) saying hi. Before my sister passed away we were talking one day and she asked if I wanted her to leave me pennies. I told her no, that’s Nonnie. She said how about a nickel or a dime and I said how a hundred dollar bill?? lol Now I find dimes laying around all the time and say “Hi Pam, I miss you” ❤ I like to think they leave us little reminders 😊. Have a good day Gayle.

She was letting you know she loves you, as were your parents. They are always nearby. I love knowing they are always about. I also appreciate you encouraging yourself to use it up, because it is also reminding me and encouraging me to do the same. It's hard to stop collecting to spend time to use it up. Good for you!! And when you kept adding little bits to the view master slide, I got going in my head with a "comedy bit", as we call them in my family. You kept adding everything that was around you & it grew into this monstrosity! Then you tried cramming it into a journal!
    😂🤣😂🤣
Very cool your sister visited! I'm happy for you!❤
I had one from mine about 2 weeks ago & it was the first one since her death in 2020! We were on our swingset together! Remember the old flimsy metal ones from our childhood? I was asking her if she remembered how she would get nervous when I would pump so hard that it would make the whole thing come out of the ground a little! And when we would swing so high that the swing kinda fell straight down instead of swinging back!😂 So we were swinging side by side, having this conversation. It was a good one!🥲

Good morning, Gayle! No, it doesn't sound strange that you would see your sister in a dream. I've had dreams like that, too. One that really had an impact on me was during a very stressful time in my life. I dreamt I was walking in a room with a crowd of people in it. No one paid any attention to me. I felt troubled. Then, there was a man who came in who went over to the crowd of people. He spoke to them in a very calm, soothing nature. You could tell the people really loved being with him. I was so troubled, though, I just turned away with my head down. The next thing I knew, I felt a gentle touch on my shoulder and the man's voice calmly asked me, "What's wrong, honey?" His voice was so inviting that, with my head still down, I opened up and explained all that was troubling me. When I was finished, he paused for a few seconds, then responded very soothingly, " Don't worry, honey, it's all going to be okay." And when he said that, I finally looked up to see him and when I did, tried to grab his face and cried out, "Oh, Grandpa, you're so young!" And there in front of me was my Newfoundland grandfather, who had passed away about 6 years before, with dark brown hair and a very young face. He looked like he was in his early 20s. He was smiling at me with such great love in his eyes. But my hands never did get to touch his face. I only had the glimpse and at that moment, I woke up. It was so real and all I wanted to do was go back and I tried so hard to go right back to sleep, hoping to see him again. I didn't feel like my grandpa had visited me, but I had been taken somewhere. A place that was serene and peaceful. My grandfather, when he was alive, was known for his quiet and loving disposition. He also was very faithful and simple. That dream - though to this day I still don't believe it was just a dream, but that I was taken somewhere wonderful - helped me get through some very tough years. So, no Gayle, I don't think your dream was strange, but a wonderful gift. Thanks for sharing it. Sue 😊❤

Good morning Gayle! ❤️ I’ve spent 2 very stressful hours battling with my printer which suddenly, for whatever reason, has decided that it must chew and choke on any paper that has been printed on the opposite side. Never a problem before. Go figure. 🙄 (I’m back to re-rethinking using digi kits.) A little Gayle and coffee time should help me get back on track. Thanks for being here. Have a great Friday everyone! Have that problem with my Epson eco-tank sometimes. I find that if the first side is printed with fairly dark images, it’s more likely to want to chomp and chew on it on the other side. I also found that when I take the first side out, and then kind of, you know scrape it against the table to make sure that it’s really flat that tends to help. I have thought I might need to iron it after it comes out because it comes out kind of curled a little bit. Maybe if I let it dry thoroughly before I do the other side that might help too, but it’s not just you. 🖨️

@@LynsAlteredArts Thank you! ❤️ At least it’s not just me! It is indeed an Epson eco tank. The papers it chewed up were dry, printed night before and flattened under a book all night, so the Epson definitely has a problem simply feeding the densely printed pages through. And I dearly hate white pages in most of my journals. 😆 I’d still be using my old Canon Pixma if inks weren’t $150 a set. I may try the off brand cheap inks again (last time was a nightmare!) and try using the Canon for printing background pages. And people think making junk journals is all fun and games. 😆

That is very interesting about your dream about your sister. I feel when I have a dream about a loved one who has passed, it gives me closure. It is like they found their way and stop by to let me know that I don’t have to worry about them anymore….they are ok.
This was the case with my ex husband, my current husband and my dad. Just one visit each and it was freeing.

This is so fascinating because I have had this on my mind constantly since a dream two nights ago. It was just so real and as you say "stuck with me" (dreams SELDOM stick with me) except stuck with me for now the third day. I ran into my son (passed 1 1/2 yrs ago) outside his place of work and then we were immediately in living room talking for ages. Throughout all of this "illogicalness" (daughter didn't say a word)/bouncing around/has been coaching in another state etc. etc. the most overwhelming part of it all was his smiling face. He was sooo happy. We who are still in the midst of fresh grief want nothing more than that, so I really feel I was receiving a message.

After loosing my brother last year I know he visits me in my dreams, especially when I am sad or when I need to feel reassurance about something.
Thank you for sharing your unhoarding experiences with us and for the memories ❤
    Stay warm and safe 😊

Hi Gayle. You have great finds there. You are not weird about your dream. I sometimes see my Dad in my dreams. He passed away about 20 years ago. He is sometimes in the background of my dream. I don’t talk to him but I know he is there and letting me know. ❤

I don’t think your visitation is strange at all. My husband passed away in April of 2017. He came to me driving down a dirt road in his pickup truck. He stopped a few yards away and walked towards me…just as he got close enough to touch I woke up. I could feel his presence around me. He was only 56 years old but did have health issues. We were married one month to the day shy of 25 years. Great job using up those bits. I’m going to be moving in just over a month so I am packing and getting rid of some things I don’t use. Feels good to lighten the load.
