Outstanding! I do this method where i cook them in the oven for 3 hours at 225 then throw them on the grill for 30 mins...love me some baby back ribs! I also use some Kansas City Rub and Sweet baby Rays! Good Job!
Yes, it is D’Angelo a very solid unit. This grill takes small propane cylinders that screw into the side but I switch that out for a extension line that goes to my 20 gallon propane tank, so I never have to worry about running out anytime soon I use the heck out of it because I don’t cook inside my camper 😎
@Sarasota Tim Wow, that's for the quick reply man. This thing just went on sale by me, and can find any 1 year later videos on it. If it holds up and can cook BB Ribs, definitely good enough for my needs.
Break out the Old Milwaukee 😂😂 That was an old commercial… These guys would be having a great time and one would say it doesn’t get any better than this… Then the other would say… Break out the old Milwaukee ha ha it was beer😎
Those look great Baker. I made BBQ legs on Sunday night they were awesome. Sweet Baby Ray’s does the trick. I used to do my ribs years ago put them in a pan with Beer & Onion and cook in oven at 250 for about 5-6 hours then throw them on the grill to finish them off. Boy were those good. The beer helps them just fall off the bones. Enjoy Buddy
This is your best video yet Tim. I could actually smell those ribs cooking! BTW, I have not heard the words "Tin Foil" since I left PA over 25 years ago 😉

That recipe sound like a sure winner. I’ll give it a try if I ever move back into sticks and bricks where there’s an oven. 😂😂😎
8 months later, hows this thing holding up? Solid investment?
