  • HOW TO: Service Wheel bearings - Harley Davidson FXR...The Timken tapered bearings have been on Harley Davidson, for almost 30 years. So if you decide to buy an older Harley Davidson this should pretty much cover you on servicing those bearings. This one is covering a 1992 Harley Davidson FXR rear wheel bearing, so always check your service manual for the proper specs!

Does end play change with the life of the bike?

the jig set up would be the same. The end play tolerance would have to be matched with the service manual and can very.

    Nice tutorial Jay
You’d be a great neighbor to have 😂. We could ride and fix everything ourselves without breaking the bank

My 92 fxr and 99 fxr2 both say to flush the disc side oilseal, so my question is, since I run the axle the opposite direction to not deal with exhaust removal, is that why to flush the pulley side? I really enjoy your videos, so thankyou.

I appreciate the support, older video which part are you referring to about the flushing or just setting up on that side?

Hey Man! Can you provide a link to your seal installer? There are so many options in the markets - I don't know which option I should choose...
