There needs to be more frequent lectures & conversations about this topic. People are living a life of hell, not knowing how to manage family relationships. May Allah reward Br Khan.

I personally find problems inside the family the toughest of all. Because of you want to please Allah SWT you should never let go and abandon the family or cut ties. Especially if they are your parents. It's a great test and may Allah give us the strength to pass it.

      I made a mistake
I left my so called Muslim family
And now I have got the true meaning of Islam.
Now it's the time to go back and teach them

      *Our family big or small*
But it's stand and performance like a Pakistan Cricket team, some time doing best of best and occupied number one position won the 1992 World Cup. Some time invole in match fixing or just a blame business, losing the matches with very weak teams, even the stars players scores not even double Figure even the world-champion team all out just like phone number. But all these mixture of good and bad performance it is called Pakistan National Cricket Team, class is permanent but form is temporary.
Here Class is our family and form is our disputes.
Bottom line, nothing granted in our material life, the permanent life have to come hereafter.
All the best in 2023 more happier than 2022.

stop fighting 😢 because you will end up by exhausting yourself and nothing will change. stop fighting and just pray to Allah for making things easy for you. sometimes it is wise to back off than trying to prove your self on the right side.

Sometimes i would wish to have a normal family but then i realise that im not normal too, so how can i have a normal family.. so i just get on with my life. Another thing is that, ive stopped putting any expectations on my family members and do things for the sake of Allah, that has saved me from a lot of pain.

    Takeaways from the video:
    1. Do not associate Batil with your family members who have caused conflicts, because their views, ideas, and character can change
    2. Maintain hope in Allah, that the problems in your families can be solved
    3. Try to look at the bigger picture to all conflicts in your families, and contemplate on solutions to the problems within the family
    4. Be grateful to Allah for not only the existence of your family, but the relationships that you have with your families, regardless if they are bad or good.
    5. Remember your purpose in life

Even if you are born in difficult family, don't give up. One day, even if it's 20 years from now, you will see sense in everything and be happy to be alive. You have a power to direct your destiny no matter how insignificant or small that power looks to you now 😊. Keep on moving however it looks for you

It also depends how you define severing ties. You can keep a healthy distance but still keep them in your dua, or send help when needed. Being concerned about their welfare (even when you are not physically present) is not severing ties i believe. 🙏✨

I think his is the most diffucult Thing to muslim family speciallly in the pakistan
    To Fix family issue
    The pain, the humiliation,the stress
The trauma, the drama, the unjustified and evil culture that Burden us more than anything else
    The useless talk
    The hatered and then jelosy
It all so diffucult and sometime you Just have to know the limit and what is possibile
I Mean in other hutbah Nak Said that its ok to have space and to get distance from abusive People even if They are They parent and relative
    But regardless
    ...
    Just Fix what you can
    At you Best,With Wisdom
    And if cant Just distance
    Even if its Just silence.

Salaam alaikum! I believe that the 'difficult' people ALLAH AWJ put in our lives are part of our growth and we become part of theirs. We all are ways to get closer to ALLAH because of the charity we give each other. We are also given opportunities to develop 'beautiful patience' when we interact especially when we disagree over many things. ..that sort of things. And ALLAH AWJ knows best. 🙏🙏🙏✨ Wassalam

I grew up with a very abusive father both physically and mentally. My father traumatized my whole life. My father hit would beat on my mother and us (me and my siblings). Every memory I have of my father are just memories I don’t wish upon any child. I stopped talking to my father. I tried to forgive him but I know if I let him back into my life the abuse will continue. Everyone I know tells me I’m a bad muslim for this and I should let him abuse me and my family. I know that Islam would never be okay with men like my father and that’s all I need.

When someone does something wrong.. why do we distance from Allah . He is most loving we should distance our self emotionally from people not from Allah.

I hope my sins be forgiven by going through all of this test. I think this trial is a blessing for me as it was an option for me to be able to be forgiven. Allah know best.
There are times when I feel the "reality" is so harsh, I tend to run from reality by believing in "fiction (baatil)" such as movie/cartoon etc (it's just an act/lies). I think I was lacking patience to face reality and to forgive. May Allah help me.
The hope to be forgiven is what makes me feel stronger to move on.
Based on my experience, communicating with pious person heal the heart very fast.
I hope Allah forgive me for any mistake I wrote on this comment.
May Allah forgive us, and heal our heart which is scarred by our sins.

same here! i was crying in prayer today saying all the things said in the video 'why did I get a mother like that' after finally learning that she is a narcissist. However much I try to not see her with batil she constantly reaffirms to me through her actions that she is an unyielding narcissist. I will try to implement the things said in this video though it will be tough. I do believe once I get enough space from my mother it will help heal things and perhaps improve my perspective of her and improve our relationship. I think in these cases keeping a good amount of distance from such people is key.

I've come to realize that a narcissist being a person with multiple masks, it corresponds to the description of Munafiqun in the quran, and so in that aspect I started reading quran to seek guidance on how to deal with Munafiqun, and there is plenty in the quran. Surat Al Anfal, Yusuf, Al-Imran and even Al-Tawba have so much advice for that regard. May Allah guide us and help us.

It’s the hardest thing ever dealing with that bullying etc, I found out at 33, 2 years and I’ve been grieving since I went into a nervous breakdown all alone when I came to the sudden realisation that I had a mum that was not normal but for the past 3 decades allah has been protecting me. You are not alone my dear I went thought the worse experience with her and guess what I forgive her but I will never be able to forgive and being Muslim it’s all about the mother, but tell me how that fits in when the lady will never ever change.

That Allah doesn't want me to go into sin... He doesn't want me to be despair... Subhanallah... There are always signs for us to come closer to him... As we do that...we are doing for ourselves... If we do good it will give us good... If we do bad... The bad will come to us... Allah loves us that's why He always make us to make it... This is definitely one of the best khutbahs in a long time. On the other hand there were some assumptions made that need to be made plain. One assumption is that to exercise or experience Allah's favor or blessing it's important to acknowledge or be aware of the stories we make up about other people. Other people say and do what they do and we have an opinion or a judgment about it and then we impose that opinion or judgment on them and use that opinion and judgment to determine our behavior towards them. If we're not clear on that and we fall into or rather we are not accepting or exercising Allah's blessing.

The best part of bayyinah videos is that, there is no kind of halal or haram music in the beginning or the end of the video.

I don't have these blessings, and I pray to Allah to bless me with these neamts/blessings in this tough period of my life while I am feeling so lonely and I am tired of living alone far from my family and in a open environment that sins are really easy to do.
May Allah protect me and all other Muslims.

I cut my family relationship after 9 years they had been ignored, bullied, fitna and zhalim to me when I was broke, lost my future husband, friends and lost my mom. Only in the worst time you finally found the true colors of your people surrounds you. They forgot what I have done for them when I was UP. Alhamdulillah.

I've cut my sister off because she has hurt me in lots of ways. It's clear to my family and friends that she's done me wrong. I haven't done anything to cause her mistreatment of me, nor have I sought revenge. I stopped talking to her, and I no longer consider her family. I have forgiven her in the eyes of Allah, but I will never forget the deep hurt she's caused me.
