Fun fact: although the 50 cent coin , 1 dollar coin and the 2 dollar note are rarely use in the US, they're are all commonly use in Ecuador 🇪🇨

Hello Christopher, a little note about country counting on Numista. Similar to Germany and its various issuers (e.g. German states of the 16th to 19th centuries, German Empire, GDR and Federal Republic), this also applies to the United Kingdom and its various territories. Only the names of the generic name differ (Germany vs. a list of the different types of British territories). Greetings Andreas

Hello Christopher, can you clear something up. The last coin you showed in this video in the annotations it said Denver Mint. So is that correct? I thought it was a Euro Zone coin not an American coin. Thank you.

Not just with the 2 euro coin. In 2007, the designs of the denomination sides of the coins were changed from 10 cents upwards. The 10, 20 and 50 cent coins now show the countries of Europe connected and no longer individually and the 1 and 2 euro coins now show the European continent and not just the countries of the European Union (therefore there was no need to recreate the design to adapt to Brexit).
