Scrapbooker tip: store your ink pads upside down :) keeps the ink at the top :)
I need this tip!! Thank you!!
Thanks for another fun visit to your wonderful pre-k/1st grade classroom. Some of the activities you do such as the solid shapes and the reading/writing sentences is beginning first grade. I enjoy watching each week to see what fun crafts and games for learning you have this time. All those new fun learning toys and dress up costumes will be loved for years. Having more than enough is a nice blessing. You made me laugh with your reaction to the spider facts. Yes, that's my reaction as well. EWWW. They do make beautiful webs though. You ought to do a blow the paint with white paint on black construction paper for a spider web look. The kids blow through a straw pushing the paint in different directions or use white chalk on black paper.
I think it's cause she has a few students that already can read
Love this idea with the white paint and black paper. Going to borrow this idea next week.
@@pennyramsey2202 Great! Have them blow gently though or it will shoot off the paper! lol
Thanks for the video. Side note: on your eyes, I was having the same issues and believe it was allergies (which I’ve never had!) I bought some drops at Walmart called Pataday. A little pricey but WORTH it! Mine were dry, itchy and blurry and it helps. Just a thought 🤷🏻♀️
Love the costume idea!! 🐝
Thank you!!! I need to try that because I'm so tired of the watery eyes!
Where did you get the rolling painters?
How well and long do those roll-on paints work? I just love your room and ideas, so fun. BTW, is your top from Shein? I have a top that looks just like that.
Yes it it! So far the paints are still working but not sure how long they will last. I'll keep you posted!
I love your channel. I teach prek and have about an hour to an hour and ten minutes for literacy and literacy centers. I am having some trouble of how to work out how to do the small groups and teach a literacy lesson. I share an aide with another prek teacher. I do not have her all day and she does Istation with my kids. Looking for suggestions or a video.
That is a long block. I would suggest a literacy circle/story then 2-3 center rotations each day.
I think that making ponchos and sombreros by people not of Mexican ethnicity might be considered cultural appropriation. My 2 cents. My thoughts on this type of thing has changed over the years.
